The Space:

The open living space greets you as you walk through the door and invites you to relax on the oversized chaise lounge that wraps around the room. Here you can stream your favorite apps on the big screen that is mounted on the stunning faux stone fireplace or just settle in for the afternoon with your favorite book and warm cup of coffee.



The living area can also be set up as a fourth sleeping space with an air mattress for an additional two guests.



Off the living space is the modern, fully equipped kitchen that features sleek stone countertops, a chef style cooktop and oven, a coffee maker to kick start your day, a central island breakfast bar and all the cookware, dinnerware and utensils you could need to cook up all your family favorites.



Sit by the open glass door and let the cool sea breeze in while you enjoy dinner and drinks at the dining table, or if you’d rather eat out, waterside restaurants, bars and cafes are never too far away.

Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the entire front home within the property and the private front patio/yard area. You’ll also have access to free Wi-Fi, free parking, complimentary coffee and access to the laundry nook with a washing machine and dryer. There is a second home at the rear of the property that is off-limits to guests and can also be booked to cater to larger groups.

Getting Around:

The best way to get around is by car with plenty of free street parking right in front of the home. Guests can also use a taxi service or a ride share company like Uber with plenty of cars at any time of the day or night or catch the train with the closest stop an easy 15 minute walk away. When you visit San Diego, you can’t miss the bright red trolleys transporting people all over the city. This San Diego icon is a great way to see the city with 3 different lines (blue, green, and orange) that cover approximately 50+ miles. Or if you want to see the city at your own pace, look out for the on-demand electric scooters and bikes that are just an app away and located all around the area.



Other Things to Note:

Please note that there is also a second home at the rear of the property, which can be seen from the bedroom windows – this property can also be booked to cater to larger groups. When booking the properties individually, we ask that you please be respectful of noise levels during your stay. Also, note that the fireplace is nonfunctional and is for decoration purposes only.
