Music Themed Getaway Minutes from Downtown Nashville


Framed posters and a cowboy boot collection are a perfect welcome to this charming Music City guest suite. It's a newly constructed space with vintage accents over a family garage. Get refreshed in a white-tiled bathroom and sleep in using the room-darkening black out blinds. Welcome to The Nashville Nest!

Guests have their own, private indoor staircase to the guest suite from the outside of the house. Electronic key pad for quick and easy access.

Guests have their own full kitchen, microwave and oven, coffee station, laundry room, iron/ironing board, hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

We want you to enjoy your time in Music City! We are available to answer questions and give recommendations but our interactions will be minimal.

The Nashville Nest is within the Hillsboro/West End/Green Hills area. Elmington Park is a nice walk and less than a mile away. Local food trucks gather on weekends and it's a great place for a relaxing picnic. Grocery stores, restaurants, bars, and several vibrant Nashville neighborhoods are within a very short drive.

The space:
Guests have their own, private indoor staircase to the guest suite from the outside of the house. Guests have a full kitchen, microwave and oven, Keurig coffee station, laundry room, iron/ironing board, hairdryer and other hotel amenities. Queen Pull-Out Bed is also available for use.

We had a great stay at Jennifer’s place! I would definitely stay again next time I’m in town. I was traveling with my two sisters and the apartment was perfect for us. The space was lovely and very clean. The neighborhood is really nice and safe- plus conveniently located to lots of shopping and attractions. There is an extra charge if you have more than two people, which I didn’t realize initially, but it was still a good value for the price.

Everything was spotless and beautifully updated, and the hosts went above and beyond by leaving snacks and a thoughtful list of local recommendations that helped us make the most of our trip.The location is ideal—far enough from the busy parts of the city to feel peaceful, yet still incredibly easy to access downtown and all the major Nashville attractions. Grocery stores, restaurants, and everyday essentials were just a quick drive away, which made the trip even more stress-free.We enjoyed our stay so much that we’ve already talked about making this an annual tradition. We picked this property knowing it was new on VRBO but from the pictures it looked fabulous. It was above and beyond what we expected! Everything was brand new and in pristine condition. It is absolutely adorable and they had it all decorated for Christmas. The location is perfect for what we were needing – it’s close to Belmont and Vanderbilt. We will definitely be returning as it’s right near where our daughter lives. The hosts are very friendly and all of the information they leave about the area and Nashville in general is very helpful! They left some beverages, including water in the fridge and some fun snacks in a “nest“ on the counter. The bed is super comfortable– all in all this place is fantastic!

I have to say “The Nest” 🪺 is one of if not the best VRBO we have ever stayed at! There is a lot I could say about this cozy, charming place, but the highlights were: a very quiet location (I cannot appreciate that enough); a super comfortable bed; a well- equipped kitchen with the best snacks ; and a wonderful walk-in shower; and plenty of closet space! The pictures do not do this cool place justice as it is even more beautiful in person! We stayed four nights as we were in town for my birthday. We saw The Nutcracker Ballet, visited Opryland Hotel, and took in the annual light show at the Nashville zoo- which was phenomenal! We had a great time and location was close to all attractions! Jennifer even supplied me with a little bottle of champagne for my birthday! I would give this place 6 stars if I could!!!!
