Fun, fantastic location that was perfectly set up for visitors. Walkable to many downtown locations and we felt secure even after dark. The pool was a charming addition to our stay, and we had a chance to visit with some of the permanent residents. Highly recommended.

A fantastic place to stay for a Nashville getaway! The condo was very clean, comfortable, and well appointed with everything we needed. It’s an easy walk to the Gulch neighborhood and just a little farther to Broadway, and if you don’t feel like walking, Uber service is quick and easy. Beds were very comfortable and the building was quiet at night. The a/c kept our unit cool and comfortable on a really hot weekend. We also loved the swimming pool! Would definitely stay here again!

The location is great, and the place itself was ideal for me, my wife and our two girls. There are a lot of bars and restaurants within a 5 to 10 minute walk and if you don’t want to use Uber/Waymo, it’s like a 25 minute walk to downtown Broadway. The use of the washer/dryer was an added bonus

The property is in an excellent location on music row. Walking distance to a number of restaurants, pubs, bakeries, etc. We used the pool a lot when we were there since it was so hot and humid. We used the beds and the sofa bed, all were comfortable. The unit has everything you need, and the welcome beverages were a nice touch. We paid it forward. :-) The host was quick to respond to any questions or concerns. We would stay here again for sure.

This unit is fabulous! Very clean, comfortable beds, great amenities! The building overall was quiet throughout our stay. We walked all over the city and loved how central it felt to everything we wanted to see (ex: Vanderbilt University, Parthenon, The Gulch, Broadway, Nissan Stadium- just be sure to bring tennis shoes.) The pool area was quiet and quaint. Parking was fine, even for us being in a full size truck. Was always able to find a spot under the building. We loved how this building has history being that The Country Greats have stayed here! Highly recommend to anyone wanting a nice getaway to Nashville!

It was great. Everything was just as stated. The condo was immaculate and we were supplied with everything we needed. The itinerary for check in and out was precise and easy to follow. The owner was available and responded immediately to our questions and concerns. We felt secure, safe, and at ease our entire stay. Would highly recommend the place and the owner for future stays.

This was a fantastic place to stay during our families trip to Nashville. The property was both very clean and comfortable! Jon was great to work with and responsive to any questions we had. There were no issues with our stay and we wouldn't hesitate to choose this property again in the future. It's an easy enough walk to all the action and I felt comfortable leaving our teenagers on their own at the property.

TOP NOTCH!!! Everything was clean, comfortable beds, super nice unit! Owner communication was excellent! There is a great breakfast place called Pancake Pantry- I would highly recommend! We loved this so much we will be staying again for sure!

Walkable to lots of stuff, great bagels at H&S! Host very quick to respond to texts when codes for entry did not come through. Great location, parking under building and apartment well stocked and clean. We arrived at night and his instructions helped us to not miss driveway to parking lot.

Beds were very comfortable. We stayed with a friend at a different rental the night before(arrived early) and the bed was so uncomfortable! We were so happy to find out this place had such comfortable beds! Overall everything was great!
