Famous MUSIC ROW Condo with FREE Parking + Pool

This is an incredibly clear retaliation review. The whole review is about how we charged her for the damage she caused. She ruined my couch. That can clearly be seen in the photos I sent her and have a attached. She made a massive rip in my couch. Her review says that's its dust. Any human with 2 eyes can clearly see it's not dust! This review needs to be removed immediately. It violates the airbnb review policy regarding no retaliation allowed. She posted her retaliatory review after we charged her for the damage and confronted her about it.

**Note regarding the pool: The pool is open year round, but is not heated. It will be open and available during your stay, but the temperature of the water depends on the season. Fun fact, this unique guitar-shaped pool was built by country music legend Webb Pierce!

**Please note that a required $250 damage deposit hold will be placed on your card prior to check in.
Please note, we have a 4 night minimum for CMA Music Festival in June. If you can't meet the minimum night requirement, please do not put in an instant book request and instead send us a note inquiring if we can make an exception (sometimes we will a couple weeks out from the date you are looking to stay).

Only the number of guests listed with the reservation are allowed at the property at ALL times.

Please do not request an early check in time through the app. Early check in times selected through the app are not applicable, even if the booking is "accepted". If you would like early check in, you must message us. Standard check in time is anytime after 4pm.

Please be respectful of the decor and the space itself. We've put a lot of time and energy into making and keeping this home beautiful, if you ruin something or break our house rules we will keep your security deposit.

No loud noise at nighttime. This is a residential building, please respect the neighbors!

ALL ANIMALS MUST be approved in advance of your booking. Don't try to sneak an animal in - we will know! Animals not allowed on the furniture or beds. You must pick up any paste waste left in the yard and throw away in the dumpster. $125 pet fee that must be approved prior to your stay.
