Welcome to the Channel house! A beautiful beach home with 3 levels of personal sounds views. Experience one of our favorite locations at Wrightsville beach, tucked along a quiet residential street, just far enough off the busy thoroughfare but walkable to all of the island restaurants, shopping + beach accesses. The magic however is found on your expansive decks overlooking Banks Channel and your private deep water dock
swim, fish, swing in the hammock or bring your boat to live like a local.

The Channel House will quickly become your new favorite home away from home at Wrightsville Beach. We’re proud to welcome many returning guests year after year — a true testament to the charm, comfort, and unforgettable views this coastal retreat offers.

Step inside to find spacious, light-filled living areas that open to expansive sound views and cool coastal breezes. From sunrise coffee to golden-hour cocktails, there’s plenty of space to relax, recharge, and reconnect.
Start your morning on the covered porch, watching boats drift toward Masonboro Island. Spend lazy afternoons swaying- Jimmy Buffet style in the pier hammock before a sunset swim or drinks on the pier. 308 North Channel was a great property with gorgeous views. The check in was very easy and everyone soon got settled in their routines. The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of plates, glasses and a big Sub zero! We ate in about half the time which was fun! Wrightsville is an active place and we were walking a bunch because it pretty and parking can be expensive after 9:00 am. The dock was a great evening spot and we rented a boat one day. There were plenty of bikes and chairs, but some chairs were getting old. In the kitchen, you might need to bring some dish towels as they only had one. The beds were comfortable and there was a great room on the third floor that had a pool table and great views. There were great places to gather together and also to spread out. We took our family of 2 girls and the grandkids. Great time last week!!

A perfect vacation in Wrightsville Beach

The house was absolutely perfect and exceeded any and all expectations we had. It was VERY clean with a great location close enough to everything but situated in a beautiful, friendly and quiet neighborhood. We brought our boat and kept it at the dock the entire week. The dock and floating dock couldn't have been better for views, keeping the boat, kayaking and fishing. We ate every meal outside on the spacious porch and the kids loved playing pool, foosball, ping pong and kayaking. Ric was very responsive and proactive which made our stay even that much better. We will definitely be back!

Perfect Channel-Side Getaway

This waterfront home exceeded our expectations. Perched along the channel, the house treated us to a spectacular view. The comfortable interior provided everything we needed, and the location couldn’t have been better. If you’re looking for a relaxing Wrightsville Beach retreat, this is it.

Everything you want and more!

This home is exactly what we were looking for. Great neighborhood and location. Very walkable to the beach and good restaurants. The private dock and view of the sound was phenomenal! Everyone in our group agreed that we never wanted to leave because it was so amazing. Ric is very responsive and accommodating.

We stayed five nights for our daughter’s wedding. It was a wonderful stay. The view is fantastic and the sunrises were gorgeous! We wish we had more time to relax out on the dock. The home was clean, beautifully decorated and well stocked. Ric is a great host who checked in with us to ensure we had everything we needed.

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay. Rick is an amazing host and was attentive to every detail. The location is perfect as you can easily walk over the bridge to the beach or can quickly get off the island for other activities without dealing with backed up traffic. Loved the bikes and kayaks as well! Thanks for a great week.

AMAZING HOUSE, AMAZING LOCATION

Our family and extended family rented this house for my daughter's graduation from UNCW. We thoroughly enjoyed the house and the location. The house was big enough for everyone to spread out and never feel crowded or on top of each other. It had everything we needed - plenty of linens, utensils, beach toys/games, etc. We loved the location, as it was in a quiet little neighborhood that was within walking distance to the beach stores, restaurants, and bars. We also enjoyed walking the loop at Wrightsville Beach. Our favorite spots were the main level deck and the top deck on the dock. We loved watching all the action on the water - early morning swimmers, paddle boarders, boats, and jet skis. The owner was super helpful and always quick to respond via text or VRBO messages. We definitely hope to be back soon. It was the perfect house for our family.
