Cette maison de quatre chambres et 3 salles de bain peut accueillir confortablement jusqu'à 10 personnes. Cuisine neuve avec un grand ßlot et une salle à manger ouverte et une grande salle parfaite pour la réunion. Wifi gratuit en classe affaires et TV directe fournis. Les porches couverts à l'avant sont trÚs accueillants et un excellent moyen de profiter de la brise de l'océan et du coucher du soleil. My husband and I live in Wilmington, NC and decided to rent a beach house to celebrate the holidays with my sister and bro-in-law and three kids visiting from cold, snowy PA. We checked in the Sat after Christmas and out on New Years eve. Lagoon North was the perfect gathering spot for us. The house was immaculately clean and well laid out for plenty of time together, but also lots of space to be quietly alone if desired. The kitchen was well outfitted. All the kitchen tools, pots, pans, tableware etc are well cared for and maintained. Plenty of board games and puzzles available to do with the kids also. Each space was thoughtfully decorated to be cozy and comfortable and the lighting and lamps provided considered for all types of activities (watching movies, playing games or doing puzzles, cooking, reading etc).The rooms and bed arrangements are perfect for multi fam gatherings. Both couples had king size beds to sleep in, the two youngest kids shared the bunk room, and my eldest nephew who is only 14 but is already over 6' tall (!) could sleep comfortably in the queen size bedroom. All the bedding was comfortable.Every room had stacks of books in all different genres which as a reader I loved! Easy walk to the beach and to the Wrightsville loop. We had such a great time we're already plotting a possible return gathering later this spring! Jamie and Ace, you have truly thought of everything one might need to feel at home. Thank you for a great stay!

Hidden Gem! Peaceful, Pristine, and Perfectly Located

We’ve been vacationing in this area for over 30 years, and this home easily ranks as one of the best we've ever stayed in. From start to finish, the experience was flawless.First, the hosts were absolutely amazing—warm, responsive, and genuinely attentive to every need. Communication was fast and friendly, which made everything smooth and stress-free.The location is unbeatable. You’re just steps from the heart of the pier, yet the street feels so peaceful and tucked away, like your own private island retreat. It's the perfect blend of convenience and tranquility.The house was immaculate. For the first time in decades of visits, we stayed in a beach house that had zero bugs—spotlessly clean and incredibly well-maintained.The layout was ideal for our big family. The open-concept kitchen and family room kept everyone connected, and there was plenty of seating for all of us to gather for meals.We also opted to rent the golf cart, and we’re so glad we did. We weren’t sure how much we’d use it, but it quickly became an all-day, everyday essential. It made getting around incredibly convenient and added a fun element to our stay.We honestly didn’t want to leave. I’d return here again and again without hesitation. Highly recommend!

Graduation weekend!

Can't say enough about this house! Jamie and Ace have thought of everything you could possibly need! I was cooking for our family celebration and this kitchen had absolutely everything we needed. The house was perfect for our family as we celebrated our daughters graduation from UNCW! The golf cart was a huge bonus and definitely came in handy!

Beautiful Home in Great Location

This home is beautiful and very comfortable. All of the spaces are a nice size. The balconies are also very nice. The kitchen has everything you might need for food preparation. It’s so close to the beach and shops and restaurants. I highly recommend it.

Stellar!

Stayed at the property for the Wilmington marathon. Location was perfect - steps from the starting line. The street is quiet and the property is clean. Owner and communication stellar. Walkable to restaurants and bars and a quick stroll to the beach.

Spacious, wonderful home.

What a bright, beautiful home that is so comfortable and inviting. The decor is pretty and "beachy"--it sets the perfect vibe for a fun time at the beach! Can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay. The hosts were welcoming and helpful. I'd definitely recommend staying here.

What makes for a great VRBO stay in beautiful Wrightsville Beach? 1. Location - Lagoon Drive is the perfect location, just off of Lumina Ave, it's a quiet street that's so close to everything. Johnnie Mercer's pier is right around the corner if you like more action, or simply walk directly across to Access 12 for more peace and quiet. You're just a few steps from The Loop for amazing walks. It's in the middle of everywhere you want to be, without feeling like you're in the hustle and bustle. 2. Amenities - From the minute you enter, you feel more like you're walking into a home than a vacation rental. There's plenty of space for a family or several couples and every room is furnished with so much thought for comfort. There are a ton of beach chairs, an umbrella, two coolers, and a great wagon to pull all your beach supplies in. HIGHLY recommend adding on the golf cart to your stay - it was a lot of fun to cruise the island in! Kitchen is incredibly well stocked - we cooked several meals and had everything we needed. There's a grill and a Big Green Egg as well. Parking for 3 vehicles plus the golf cart - if you don't rent the cart, you may be able to fit 4 vehicles. AMAZING HOSTS - from the moment we booked, I knew we were in good hands. Throughout our stay, Jamie checked in on us and made sure we didn't miss the amazing weekly Farmer's Market at WB Park. She responded super quickly to any and every communication. There was a huge assortment of snacks to welcome us.

Absolutely perfect

So much space, cleaner than any place we’ve ever stayed, fully stocked with things you may need and extras just to make you welcome, quick and consistent communication with owners, great location within easy walking distance to the beach and shops and restaurants, beautiful sunsets over the lagoon 
 In short, this is the best property we’ve found, and look forward to hopefully being back this time next year.

Best VRBO We’ve Ever Rented

This house is an awesome place for a family to stay! The main level has plenty of space to watch tv, eat, and gather to hang out while the upstairs bedrooms, bathrooms, and balconies allow for privacy and relaxation. It’s a perfect layout! Walking distance to the beach and restaurants was convenient and the neighborhood felt very safe with friendly neighbors. The kitchen had everything we needed and we loved the snack bowl as well as the coffee bar area. Loved that good quality hand soap, shampoo, body wash, etc was provided. We were there for our daughter’s graduation so we stayed busy, but hope to come back again to make use of all the beach amenities. Five stars across the board! Highly recommend!!!!

Beautiful and well stocked

What an amazing property! The place is beautiful, so clean, great location. And the owner clearly went out of their way, thinking of everything and stocking the place full of snacks, coffee, ice cream treats, sunscreen, towels. Beds were super comfy so we slept great. Kids loved the bunk room. Everything was done to perfection. Can’t recommend enough!!!

2024 Welcome

We liked this property alot. Especially appreciated the basket of goodies on the counter and the 2024 hats. Many extra touches in the kitchen (plenty of utensils/pans and) and extra blankets etc. in the bedrooms. We enjoyed the golf cart too! We did eat crab one night but could not find crackers for the claws - that would be an extra nice touch. Beautiful and nice pkace ti stay!!! We hope to come back in the future.

We thought the house was wonderful. Host had all information needed and was super organized. Enjoyed some snacks on arrival. Beach access was super close. Very clean and well stocked. Highly recommend.
