Great property and perfect for our small golf group. Great view, convenient location for what we needed and clean. I plan on passing the information on to my relatives that come to the fields near this house for soccer tournaments that their kids are involved in.

AMAZING!!! When your teenagers say this is the best VRBO you have ever rented you know it's worth it. This place is very peaceful, clean, well stocked, comfortable and lovely in every way. We enjoyed the most amazing family time. I just honestly can't say enough great things. The views were just incredible. The centennial Trail is super close and my daughter and I enjoyed our walk in the fresh air and stunning scenery. Close to shopping, great food and outdoor activities. We enjoyed going on a brunch cruise in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. Rent this place!!!! Owners were super responsive and quick. Excellent ... 10 stars!!!!

Fantastic stay! Home was lovely and the views were amazing! We enjoyed making dinner as a family and doing puzzles! The giant TV in the living room was perfect to watch the Winter Olympics!!

We loved our stay here. Beautiful view of the city and the river, cozy feel in a spacious house, and the host was easy to communicate with, so helpful. We enjoyed the living room, kitchen, and arcade the most but everything was great for us. Thanks for making the stay just what we needed.

Great house with views of the Spokane river and surrounding area. Convenient location to restaurants, shops, Arbor Crest Winery but still in a very quiet area. Kitchen is well stocked, bedrooms are roomy with comfy king beds in all rooms but one, and nice recently remodeled bathrooms. Television in upstairs living room is massive so if you have to group who wants to gather for a special event it is perfect!Outside area needs attention so not a great area for kids to play outside but the "arcade" downstairs is lots of fun. Lower level is very nice with comfy furniture, fireplace and large TV.

The VIEW!! Honestly this house was everything listed, plus so much more. The attention to detail to ensure the best stay were above and beyond. The beds were all incredibly comfortable, the kitchen was perfectly stocked & a great setup for hosting a large group. The arcade was such a fun treat for our husbands 😅 and the interactions with the host made me feel like I was staying at a friends house in all the best ways. We never wanted to leave and are already planning our next stay! Also side note: being next door to Arbor Crest it’s a must to go up for some wine tasting and to take in the incredible views. Best Trip 😊

We had a fantastic experience staying at this home! The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the bathrooms were clean and nice, and the kitchen was great for cooking for a large group of guests. I especially loved the small attention to detail, like the sound machines in every room. Would definitely stay here again!

Communication was amazing. The house was exactly as described and perfect for our family weekend getaway. Everything was clean and ready for us when we arrived. The view was beautiful and we spent much time on the porch enjoying it. It was helpful to have a high chair and super that they had baby gates as well. I would have expected more blankets available in each room just in case. We cooked each meal and some of the utensils were broken and it would have been great to have all the pot have matching lids. Overall, we would not hesitate to return and stay here again- thanks to a fabulous host!

I wholeheartedly recommend this house! The view is great! The rooms are great! The host is great! The whole house is great! We were traveling cross country as a family staying in different places, and this was by far a favorite home to stay in. Don't hesitate to book it. Just please don't reserve it for the next time we're traveling through the area! :)
