La porte patio du balcon Ă  la française est Ă  portĂ©e de main du lit king size de la chambre principale. RĂ©veillez-vous, rouler et contempler la superbe aqua eau bleue des CaraĂŻbes et plage de sable blanc. Le condo peut accueillir six personnes avec une chambre principale, une salle de bains privative, une chambre d'amis, une chambre / salon, une salle de bains commune, un grand salon, un coin repas et un coin cuisine. Laveuse et sĂ©cheuse disponibles (savon Ă  lessive fourni), air conditionnĂ© et nouveau tĂ©lĂ©viseur haute dĂ©finition Ă  grand Ă©cran. Le condo est au troisiĂšme Ă©tage qui se prĂȘte Ă  plus d'intimitĂ©, la sĂ©curitĂ© et une vue panoramique sur les CaraĂŻbes. (Je me dis aussi ces Ă©tapes supplĂ©mentaires soldes le coucher du soleil vin et fromage). Deux piscines Ă©tonnantes sur la propriĂ©tĂ©, l'une donnant sur l'ocĂ©an et l'autre, ce qui est trĂšs adaptĂ© aux enfants est situĂ© au milieu de la propriĂ©tĂ©. Des courts de tennis Ă©clairĂ©s, une aire de jeux pour enfants, des kayaks, des planches Ă  pagaie et des vĂ©los sont Ă  votre disposition sans frais supplĂ©mentaires. Superbe espace barbecue avec de grands grils Ă  gaz Weber bien situĂ©s.
Les Ă©quipements supplĂ©mentaires SPÉCIFIQUES À MON CONDO (# 28), outre la meilleure vue sur la propriĂ©tĂ©, comprennent un Ă©quipement de plongĂ©e avec tuba X4, un distributeur d’eau filtrĂ©e rĂ©frigĂ©rĂ©e, des jeux, un DVD, deux raquettes de tennis, des jouets pour le sable, une zone de nettoyage des pieds chaise et serviettes pour essuyer vos pieds, Ɠuvres d'art Ă©tonnantes, plusieurs chaises, tabourets, repose-pieds et oreillers pour votre confort. Cuisine Ă©tonnamment bien fournie car je reste ici 3 mois par an. J'ai volontairement gardĂ© une baignoire standard pour les jeunes enfants. En raison de l’emplacement unique du n ° 28, la vĂ©randa est un endroit ensoleillĂ© et ensoleillĂ© qui offre toujours un peu d’ombre pour les personnes qui ont un peu trop de soleil. Ce condo en particulier possĂšde Ă©galement les meilleures brises puisque les vents dominants sont du nord-ouest au sud-ouest et que le condo n ° 28 est situĂ© au dernier Ă©tage, au nord-ouest du bĂątiment avant de la propriĂ©tĂ©, attrape merveilleusement ces brises. Lorsque vous sĂ©journez ici, nous utilisons rarement la climatisation. J'adore la brise et le son des vagues.
La propriĂ©tĂ© est merveilleusement situĂ© Ă  l'extrĂ©mitĂ© sud de Seven Mile Beach faisant location de voiture une option. Lorsque vous arrivez Ă  George Town, Plantation Village est une course en taxi courte de 10 minutes. Notez simplement sur votre formulaire d'Ă©migration que vous restez Ă  Plantation Village et dites la mĂȘme chose au chauffeur de taxi. Nous avons un bureau ouvert de 8h Ă  17h et qui attend votre arrivĂ©e. Faites-moi savoir si vous arrivez plus tard et des dispositions seront prises pour que vous puissiez vous enregistrer et obtenir vos clĂ©s. Une fois sur la propriĂ©tĂ©, vous pouvez choisir de louer une voiture, prendre un taxi, prendre les transports en commun par autobus qui circule frĂ©quemment sur West Bay Road, ou tout simplement Ă  pied. Il est Ă  distance de marche Ă  bien approvisionnĂ© supermarchĂ© Kirk, le magasin d'alcools de Big Daddy, et de nombreux grands restaurants. Camana Bay est un shopping haut de gamme / salle Ă  manger de nouveau en quelques minutes de marche. Un livret avec nos restaurants prĂ©fĂ©rĂ©s est dans le condo. est deux propriĂ©tĂ©s de distance L'hĂŽtel Marriott avec dinning cĂŽtĂ© de l'ocĂ©an, le bar et les sports nautiques Ă  louer.

Great place to stay in GC

We love Grand Cayman! This condo made the trip comfortable and relaxing. This place is very well equipped. The kitchen had all the things, even a water filter for your cold water bottles! Like many other places in GC, you will need to be ready for steps up to this floor, but that would not stop me from coming back. Kayaks and paddle boards to use, 2 pools, tons of great places to eat around town. You can sit out on the screened in balcony and watch/listen to the waves and watch the sunset. we have been on 7 dives this year in GC. One of our favorites.

Fantastic Location - Beautiful Views

We had a wonderful experience with this property. Laura was a fantastic host and very responsive with recommendations and advice. The property is gorgeous and has one of the best views you'll find in Seven Mile Beach. The screened-in lanai offers quiet, unspoiled views of the ocean. The condo was well-appointed, clean, and roomy enough for our family to spread out and truly relax. The pools and beachfront offer everything you need without having to leave the property. We can't recommend this property enough and hope to return again someday!

Cozy beach, great condo, great location.

A perfect spot to relax. This condo unit is very well equipped, very clean and comfortable. The pools are nice and the view is amazing. The beach area is small, but seems private with many lounges and umbrellas. Also has kayak's, paddleboards, etc available for use (not rent). Location is very good - walkable to numerous restraunts and shopping areas. Our host, Laura, was very responsive and has labeled almost everything from light switches, fans and faucets for how they works and cabinets and drawers for what's inside of them. A perfect amenity for a visitor. Highly recommend this property.

Great location and stunning views

This is the perfect place to stay. The place is literally oceanfront, and the pool is steps from the beach. There are 2 pools, but we preferred the one near the beach. I enjoyed spending time on the patio at night just hearing the waves crashing. The beach isn’t big, but enough for a few families to stay, lay out, and go swimming. The shower in the condo has great water pressure and is a delight to take a shower in. We typically cooked breakfast at the house, and the complementary coffee was a bonus. We actually finished the coffee and I bought a new jar before we left just so the next family has coffee in the morning. The washer and dryer was a bonus, and we did laundry daily to keep our dirty clothing at a minimum.

Unit was as described and within walking distance of many things on 7-mile beach. Only negative was that there was just a sliver of beach left at the property which we still managed to utilize. Also the Public Bus was super-easy to get to go anywhere on 7-mile beach.

Great location on 7-Mile Beach!

One full week on Grand Cayman staying at this property. No complaints here. My kids and I thoroughly enjoyed the condo. Everything we wanted to do or see was 15 minutes or less away, which is good if you rent a car and have to pay for expensive gas. Camana Bay is a great location. West Bay for water activities, north western shore for great restaurants.

Great condo, looks just like the posted pictures. It was VERY clean and had just about everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Check-in was very easy. Loved the lanai with the beautiful sunsets. Enjoyed the beach; was very small but felt private and secluded.

Beautiful ocean front unit that is well appointed. Nicely remodeled and great complex with small beach and 2 pools. Walk to shopping and restaurants. We always rent a car however and parking is easy. Spotless and friendly, helpful staff on site.

Perfect Stay

We couldn't have been more pleased with Laura's place. There was so much to do on the island, but we felt we had all we needed at Plantation Village. The sunsets were amazing, the seaside pool was the perfect spot for late afternoon lounging, and the proximity to restaurants and groceries were no more than a 10 minute walk. Highly recommend!

I am a retired physician married to a retired middle school teacher. I grew up in lower Michigan and had the opportunity to visit Grand Cayman with my mother and her friends when I was 20 years old. Fast forward to age 38, pregnant, two preschoolers in tow, I again visited Cayman, stayed at Plantation Village and fell in love with the property. Having made my home in South Dakota, looking forward to a warm vacation every February allowed me to survive my new harsher environment. In 2016 we had the opportunity to purchase unit #28. We did an extensive remodel with our comfort in mind as we stay on island 3 months out of the year.
Consequently #28 is not your typical "rental unit" but our home we love to share.
We now have five adult children, one daughter-in-law (proposed to on 7 mile beach of course), one son-in-law (also 7 mile proposal), two Tonkinese cats (who miss us dearly when we are on island). Are first grand child, Henry, nearly five years old has been on island three times. Unfortunately, he and his little brother were not able to come to Cayman because of Covid but will probably get down here summer 2022! We have come full circle and will continue spinning around!

So my family, above, started vacationing in unit #28 in 1992. We initially owned two, then four weeks of a time share in this unit and traveled yearly to our favorite relaxation spot. In 2016 the entire unit came up for sale and we bought. February 2016 we completely remodeled the unit--all the things I had dreamed about for years. Making a great property awesome. We remodeled with our comfort and use in mind but are pleased to share this dream with our guests. We hope you grow to love Cayman and this unit in particular the way we do.
Extras we have provided in unit #28 include games, store of DVDs, tennis rackets and 4 sets of snorkel equipment. The sunny lanai is partially shaded with beautiful views of the Caribbean sea and fantastic sunsets.

This is an amazing property and unit #28 is the pinnacle unit. The unit is second floor which allows privacy and sweeping views. Plantation Village is located south on 7 mile beach. We are the corner unit on the north side of the building which affords a grand view up the entire stretch of 7 mile beach. The unit was completely remodeled in 2016 with open floor plan allowing visiting together while in the living area, dinning area, kitchen and lanai. Kitchen is well appointed. A small stock of nonperishables are available in the kitchen, so check the cupboard out before you go shopping. Filtered chilled water dispenser in the kitchen so no lugging water up to the unit. Smart TV with Netflix available. Both bathrooms have been updated with multiple areas to accommodate toiletries. Also many touches such as multiple hooks available to hang bathing suits, towels, and USB ports in every room for charging all your electronics. Basin provided to use by the door with a hook for "sand" towels (blue towels in laundry cupboard) to clean sand off your feet. High end washer and dryer in the unit with laundry soap provided.
Plantation Village is well situated on the beach close to most anything you would need. Across the West Bay Road is Coconut Joes-- local causal restaurant/bar. Down West Bay Road going south towards George Town is Big Daddy's liquor store. Located above the liquor store is XQs which is very good food at reasonable prices. Further down the road in 7 Mile Plaza is my favorite bakery of all times with the best almond croissants in the world and very interesting evening selections. In that same plaza is a dive shop for buying or renting snorkeling gear. No need to rent a boat to go snorkeling, simply walk in from our beach and swim out to the near by reef. The Marriott Hotel is just north on 7 mile, a 5 minute walk on the beach for morning cappuccinos, lattes, evening island drinks, restaurant over looking the Caribbean and water sport rentals available.
