Great place to stay and location. Clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Close to restaurants and shopping. Beach was nice and cove is cool to swim in.

Livia’s condo has everything you need for a comfortable stay and then some. There’s lots of additional touches so you don’t have to worry, like sunscreen, pool gear, kitchen stuff, and more. The pool and beach are awesome. Bed is comfortable.

Wonderful cove for swimming and snorkeling in clear water! Beautiful snorkeling on reef just outside of cove. Loved the free lounge chairs and umbrellas and the pool bar was a lot of fun. Close to the airport.

This place is awesome! Clean and very easy to find. Plenty of amenities available! Beach is like just a walk down a path. The pool and hot tub were fantastic! Family friendly. Neighbors are friendly and there were no crazy loud parties. Security visible so I felt safe. Very easy to get a hold of the owner. She responded right away to any requests or issues that came up. Overall a spectacular experience! Would definitely come back again! Hate to even leave! :)

The condo and the location were perfect! The beach was not crowded at all - there were chairs and umbrellas available anytime of the day. The condo is very clean and well stocked with kitchen essentials. Lots of restaurants and shops within a couple mile radius. If you’re considering a stay here, we highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again!

This was our third time booking this condo and it gets better each time! The unit has a new couch and washer/dryer so the host definitely likes to keep it updated and in good working order for guests. Sunset cove in general is amazing for families with children with its separate baby pool and cove at the ocean. The past week had some days with rough seas but with the cove we were still able to enjoy the ocean! Can’t wait to return!

Great Stay!

We had a great time in Grand Cayman. The condo was perfect size for 6 people and Livia was very responsive. The beach cove was perfect for snorkeling. We would definitely stay here again!

This place is awesome. We brought our 2 year old and were pleasantly surprised to see all yhe toys and books for her to enjoy while winding down after a long day on the beach. The unit had nice folding chairs and beach umbrellas that we loaded up and took to Cemetery beach and Spotts beach which made for awesome beach days while we were out and about. The beach at Sunset Cove was perfect for our 2 year old as the breakwater created a calm swimming area for her and we werent worried about a random wave knocking her over. Snorkeling was awesome with a shipwreck 10 minues walk south on the beach and the Marriott artificial reef 5 minutes north. Overall great value and perfect for those traveling with kids.

Yes host was great. We asked for a late takeout and it was no problem. We had a cut so we appreciated the first aid kit. The private porch was nice to get out of the wind and wind down. The bar and pool area was well kept and the beach with the breakwater was great to break up the high waves.
