Idéalement situé pour que vous et vos proches puissiez faire l'expérience et l'apprécier, la proximité de cette maison de vacances avec Walt Disney World est un avantage supplémentaire pour un séjour sur la propriété Encore Club! Le club Encore propose également des équipements exclusifs sur place, notamment un parc aquatique avec toboggans palpitants et glissants, de nombreux restaurants et bars, ainsi qu'un centre de services comprenant une salle de sport et un espace réservé aux enfants! Le parc aquatique et le terrain de football sont à moins de 5 minutes à pied de cet établissement.

Cette maison spacieuse est située sur un terrain de coin de 10 000 pieds carrés, offrant une plus grande intimité pour vous et votre famille. Pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 12 personnes, l'EC250 dispose de chambres sur deux étages, dont 2 chambres à thème pour enfants! Vous avez également une salle de jeux à thème équipée d'une table de baby-foot et d'air hockey!

Great house close to Disney!

We stayed here for a Disney trip and the location was great. All issues we had with the home were promptly addressed and communication was very timely. The access to the water park and restaurant was great! Only regret is not discovering it until the last day.

Fun House

We had a blast in this house! The kids loved the backyard, game room and the bedrooms! We also used the clubhouse and water slides. The restaurant was surprisingly very good! This house was perfect for family and friends. Quick drive to Disney and Universal.

Awesome!

We all loved our stay here! It was my family and another family, both with kids. Everyone agreed we will try to get this house again next year when we come back! Everything was clean and ready for us when we got there. There are a lot of towels for the pool. Adults and kids had a lot of fun with the arcade games and karaoke. The water park was super fun for all of us, and in walking distance! I highly recommend this place!

beautiful home with great pool!

We absolutely loved staying here. there was plenty of room for us, my 4 kids, 2 spouses and 2 grand babies. Beautiful clean home away from home ! The pool area and yard were amazing, though yard is not as big as photos make it appear, but no big deal. plenty of towels etc. bed linens were nice, master bed very firm and made my back hurt. great game room for rainy days though we were very lucky and had great weather. The resort pool and waterslides are fabulous. very nice neighborhood. Management is very helpful and quick to respond. Wonderful place to stay

Awesome Place

This house was perfect for us. They were very responsive to any issues that we had. One issue that kept popping up was the internet kept going out. We were at the parks so much though it wasn’t a huge issue and Jeeves was very responsive when we called them. Only called twice but the internet went out every day and they were there at the house to fix it within the hour. I would definitely stay at this place again.

The property was nice and beautifully designed the only problem i had is that the gaming wasn't working both in the garage and the kids room and was in a bad condition and this was the main reason why i choose this house we called someone but they didnt fix that

Overall positive experience

Pool heat is a must this time of year. Game room did not have all functional games. Someone came on Day 3 to fix the one motorbikes that was not working after multiple calls. It worked for a day then quit working again. All the batteries in almost every fan, light, TV remote was dead. We weren’t able to use a lot of devices due to this. Internet went in and out. Location is good. Waterpark was good.

House was great, management company needs some work

The house was awesome- very clean and large enough to fit our 3 families with plenty of space! Issues we had- # 1, we rented through VRBO, they didnt mention in the payment section that there was an additional $1500 security deposit required, you find out about that after you pay your deposit through VRBO. #2- they advertise a grill and a fireplace yet dont supply any propane- a pain if you are travelling from out of town. #3- lack of cleaning supplies, there was only 1 roll of papertowels, and no wipes or any cleaning products to use

In regards to the security deposit, this is never charged to the account just held in the case of damages to the property after check out. Also, we do advertise the grill and firepit but we do state that the gas is available locally. Finally, we also do provide a starter pack in all of our homes which does includes several items. Sad to be home.

After reading some reviews, both in regards to the company and the resort I was a little bit anxious. However our experience was excellent. The property we stayed in was as described in it's advert no nasty surprises at all. We were sent an email with the door code and there was an information booklet inside with any other information we needed. The property itself (The Extraordinary Oasis) was a beautiful house, clean and well appointed, the kids loved the garage, themed room and outside space. I would definitely stay again. There were a few little snagging issues in the house but nothing that is worth mentioning, (If Jeeves would like to know any of the snagging issues before future guests bring them up, they can of course contact me.) We didn't have to contact Jeeves while we were there but any contact I had with them previous to staying was always prompt and polite.The resort itself was lovely, very clean and well kept. My family made use of the water park and other facilities. We did have to buzz through the barrier most of the time with our address as the QR code didnt often work, but thats not really a problem. It was located around 10-15 mins to Disney and 40-45 mins to universal We didn't make use of the resort shuttle as we had hired cars so can't comment. All in all fabulous holiday, sad to be home.

Family Trip to Orlando

We were excited for our stay in this house based on the pictures, but were sadly disappointed once checking in. We arrived late in the evening on our first day. Upon getting situated in our rooms, we found a cockroach in one of the bathrooms (still alive). First morning there, I went outside to check out the pool as the kids wanted to jump in. The pool was disgusting and clearly was not cleaned prior to our arrival. There were party cups in the pool, the backboard of the pool basketball hoop was at the bottom of the pool, and there was all kinds of debris in it. I would have started cleaning it out myself, but the rental did not even supply a pool net to get items out. We had to go to Walmart ourselves to buy one (we left it for the next renter so they wouldn't have the same issue). I called the property management company and they said the pool maintenance company doesn't work on weekends so I'd have to wait until Monday. We checked in Friday! I escalated to a manager and it was FINALLY cleaned by the next day. So we lost two days of using the pool because of this. In addition, the yard was never kept up. There were weeds all over the place. There is a bird living in a nest behind the TV outside. The BBQ (which we did not pay to use) was probably never cleaned since they bought it. The screen on the sliding door is falling off. Oh, and the laundry sink does NOT have the drain hooked up!! Not recommended, stay elsewhere!

The house was amazing. Just keep in mind there are additional charges for heating the jacuzzi and pool, and we also had to pay extra for a late checkout. Other than that, the place was amazing and we really enjoyed our stay..

Perfect house for a large family

This house was perfect for our family. It was clean, inviting and comfortable though the beds were a little hard. The restaurant in the community was nice to have. Food was decent. My kids loved night swimming in the pool. We used the hot tub and the pool daily. We could not have been happier with our trip. The management answered all of our questions quickly and efficiently. We will stay again
