10/10 – Highly Recommend! This house was absolutely perfect for our pre-cruise stay! Everyone had their own spacious king-size bedroom with a private bathroom, which made getting ready and relaxing so easy and comfortable.The home was clean, beautiful, and had plenty of space for our entire group. The pool and jacuzzi were great bonuses, and the house was conveniently located about 30 minutes from the Orlando airport, making travel in and out very easy.This place was the perfect start to our cruise and helped set the tone for an amazing trip. I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to any group or family traveling together!

We loved this property. It was perfect for us our adult children and grandchildren. It was close to all ammenities and Disney. The pool on site was awesome as was the resort waterslide. Loved our stay.

Great stay!

Big house with great amenities and included access to resort pool, water slides, and sports courts. Pool heating included as well which is an added bonus. Host was super responsive to any questions we had during the stay and facilitated early check in for us at no charge. We love coming to this resort and is a great place to stay with close location to Disney and universal.

This was an excellent property to stay at. Close to all the amenities. Only recommendation would be more kitchen towels and a second refrigerator so we didn’t have to go to the grocery store so often.

Delightful Stay

This was a comfortable, very clean, well furnished and well-located property. It was a delight to be there. Our group from age 3 to 73 enjoyed having our own pool and spa and also being able to utilize the water park and fitness center. The location was good for the Parks and for The Space Center. The property manager was very responsive every step of the way from our initial enquiry to our questions while there. Highly recommend!

The house was just as described in the listing. It was very clean and spacious for our party of 10. We had a small issue with the property management repairing the refrigerator in a timely manner but it was resolved. Loved the on-site water park and convenience to area theme parks. The owner was fantastic to work with! Would definitely stay here again

Top location with a short walking distance to the center of the area. Advantages: -private owner = good functionality -good sun position all day -low noise level, far from the highway Disadvantages: - You want to stay longer than planned.

Stop at Disney for 2 days before our cruise

Family or 8 with 2 kids 4,2 yrs The house is beautiful however carpets are not looking the cleanest. Enjoyed it overall and location is amazing as well. Check in process was a disaster as they could t find my name on the booking system but after 1.5hrs of driving around and reception looking around they found the reservation. Tired and cranky but we entered the home by midnight after landing at 8:30pm

There were both positives and negatives. Positives: sufficient bedrooms/bathrooms, nice pool and hot tub, great location. Negatives: had great difficulty getting access code upon arrival, there was no cable tv all week as advertised, the carpeting is badly in need of replacement, the kitchen sink faucet required replacement and dishwasher leaked, curtains were falling down in first floor bedroom, and back door latch needs fixing. Overall I would not recommend this owner/host/unit to anyone, particularly at these prices. I would like at least a $1,000 refund since the unit didn't provide the amenities advertised. Had I known some of this I would have reserved a unit somewhere else.

Best house ever

My family and I rent a house every year so that all of us (15) can be under the same roof together - usually at the beach. We opted for Orlando this year. The house was great with a great hot tub for our aching feet after a day at a theme park. The pool was great for the kids. There was plenty of seating for meals and the kitchen was big enough for several cooks at the same time. Kitchen appliances were awesome, the Keurig was a nice touch although there was also a coffee maker as well. The kids loved the theme rooms, Star Wars and frozen! And there were also theme plates and cups for them in the kitchen. I enjoyed the peace and quiet of the master bedroom after a long day with the active grands! We enjoyed ping pong and foos ball ( although I was easily beat by my 16 year old granddaughter). The owner Katrina was very responsive when I had a question. And the on property water park was awesome with slides for the adventuresome as well as great slides for the little ones plus a community pool. Don’t waste your time or money on a different water park. What a great place for our 2018 memories !

Won’t be back

We had no cable tv or internet service for 5 days during our stay. My daughter is working on her doctorate and couldn’t complete her online work. We called Jeeves several times and they never got back to us, they were unable to fix the problem and said a work order was placed with Direct TV. We were also told this is very common at Encore. Dryer never shuts off, door has to be left open for it to stop. Hot tub switch sticks, it ran all night causing the pool water to be 104 degrees the next morning. House was crawling with ants, even under the glass table top of dining room. Water park access is extremely slow due to one person checking bags and tagging guests.

Fantastic Family Home

Our group of 10 had a fantastic experience in this vacation home! The kids were begging to go back to the house when we were at Disney World and Universal. We had plenty of room, and the tall ceilings and doors made it feel even more spacious. Very nicely decorated, with everything you should need - towels (for bathrooms and pool), a hair dryer in every bathroom along with a tall stool to help kids reach sinks, dishes (including Disney themed kids dishes) and kitchen utensils, two dishwashers for keeping all those dishes clean, a fridge with ice and water in the door, and even a cooler and beach chairs. While there isn't a dedicated pool fence, there is an alarm on the back door so you'll know if little ones try to go out there without you. There is construction happening a few streets over, but we didn't hear any construction noise, nor were we bothered by construction traffic. The resort's pool and water slide areas were fun for the kids AND adults in our group, and weren't busy at all (a welcome change from visits to Disney World or Universal when everything's busy!). The neighborhood is very nice, it's quiet, and the gated entrance made us feel secure. Easy access to Disney especially, with Universal a ~15 min trip up I-4. Communication with the owner was quick and easy - great to work with, and you can tell that a lot of thought was put into providing the items most usually needed by people vacationing in the area. The only possible downsides to be aware of: the bathrooms don't have extra hooks or towel bars, so hanging clothes/towels/swim suits up to dry requires a little creativity. Also, the driveway is just barely wide enough to fit 2 full size vehicles (we had a minivan and SUV), the garage is used as a game room (which our kids enjoyed). The window coverings are very nicely done shutters with cornices, but they are not blackout. The free shuttle advertised as being part of the resort's amenities IS available, but prefers not to transport strollers and only travels to the parks at certain times of the day (though that might also have been due to the time of year we visited). Overall, we'd gladly stay in this home again, or in another home rented out by this owner. Our only other recommendation would be to avoid staying in the area anytime Hurricane Matthew will be coming through!

We are hosting homes and love to reciprocate the warmth with our guests to have a memorable experience. It's been a long time dream to have our own Orlando/Kissimmee vacation home. After about 6-months of looking, we found this home that we instantly connected with and admired its humble and warm appeal.
