Please note that guests will need to park in the lots below the building on weekends, holidays, and during inclement weather, but a courtesy shuttle is available to transport you from the lower lots to the building. You are allowed to load and unload at the building before parking in the lower lots if you prefer, ensuring a convenient arrival and departure process.

During any high peak time, renters have to park in the lower lots and be shuttled up to the top. Guests are allowed to load and unload at the building before parking in the lower lots if they prefer, especially during high peak times and holidays. Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s, Fourth of July, Highland Games, Willy worm festival, Land of Oz. Parking up top is for owners or with approval from Sugar Top Resort. Sugar Top Resort makes these decisions based on the occupancy.

The host is like a 3rd party vendor, I believe, so you are communicating with several different people. The overall place was very nice. The ice maker did not work and the master shower did not drain, both of which were not addressed based on previous reviews and also not during our stay. The indoor heated pool, hot tub and sauna were nice amenities to have. The location is not ideal compared to the actual ski resort, but it is a short drive. The front desk staff are very friendly.

Nice place, shower in master wasn't draining correctly and this is not ski in/ski out, you either have to drive 10 minutes to slopes or you could take a shuttle but you cannot ski to and from this condo to the slopes.

As this shows on the left of this review, the property is advertised as a ski in-out condo. This is the primary purpose of me booking this condo unit. I planned on skiing at Sugar and looked for a property that I did not have to drive of take a shuttle. As for the condo and this particular unit, I was generally pleased. It was comfortable and the pool/sauna/ hot tub were nice. The only recommendation I would make in addition to removing the ski in/out is there were no ice trays or ice maker and I was not aware of any directions for leaving the property. (trash, linens, etc.

Overall our stay was nice. The unit was comfortable and we enjoyed the amenities. The location is great for skiing. The unit was not cleaned very well. There were spills in the refrigerator and freezer that were not cleaned. There were crumbs and some trash on the floor (mostly around/under couch) and candy wrappers. The bathroom storage was dirty and I didn’t feel comfortable unpacking my personal items. I suggest the owners remove some of their personal items that are stored in many drawers and under the beds. Finally, the listing incorrectly listed the unit could sleep 6 people but there were only enough beds to sleep 4. Two of my children had to sleep on the couch and loveseat. We requested extra towels and the host messaging center refused to send more than 4 towel sets. The local team was friendly and helped us out. We also reported a maintenance issue that was addressed quickly by the local team.
