On top of the World- 2bd/2ba

Two bedroom, two bath condo located on the 4th floor of Sugar Top offering amazing views of Sugar Mountains ski slopes and surrounding mountains.
The owners have spared no expense in making this mountain modern condo one that will afford you all the comforts of home. Each room is tastefully decorated and has its on ceiling fan and flat screen TV, hardwood floors through-out. Master bedroom has a king bed and the second bedroom has a queen bed. There is also a sleeper sofa available in the living area. Updated kitchen is bright and roomy with all stainless steel appliances.
All guests have access to the amenities at Sugar Top: large indoor pool, indoor hot tub, sauna and weight room.

Absolutely No Smoking - No Pets -

There is a parking shuttle that is operated by Sugar Top. Please note that RRR has no control over the shuttle. No Check-in's Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day. All guests required to sign rental agreement upon booking.

We had a great stay at this condo! The unit was very clean, well maintained, and comfortable, which made it easy to relax and enjoy our time in the mountains. Everything was in good working order and clearly well cared for. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others visiting the area.

The rental company and resort staff were very responsive and accommodating. The condo is redone nicely. Kitchen well stocked with pots/pans and utensils (but bring all your own soaps, sponges, trash bags, spices, etc). We got snowed/iced in a few days, so the pool area was perfect for the kids. Spoke the rental company about the cleaners, could do a better job with the cleaning but overall we would stay here again!!!! Location is perfect for Sugar skiing.

I WOULD GIVE IT A HIGHER RATING BUT SADLY IT WASN'T AS CLEAN AS WHAT IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN. PROPERTY MANAGER DISMISSED MY COMPLAINT. SUCH A CUTE CONDO. THEY REALLY NEED TO HIGHER NEW CLEANERS AND MAKE SURE THE SHEETS ARE ACTUALLY WASHED AND THAT THEY CLEAN UNDER TABLES AND IN THE CORNER OF THE ROOMS.

Thank you for choosing Sugar Mountain! We are sorry you did not find the unit as clean as expected. We did not dismiss your complaint, but you did not notify us of any issues about the cleaning until the day before you were to check out. You had already been in the unit 3 nights before you told us that your sheets were dirty. If you had told us the night you checked in or the next morning, we would have addressed it immediately. You also told us you found food on the floor 3 days into your stay. At this point, we were unsure of who had left the food on the floor. We take cleaning issues very seriously and strive to keep all units as clean as possible. Again, we apologize for any issues you had and hope you come again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. We had a great time. This condo is on the 4th floor and on the very top of the mountain. 2.5 miles up. Beautiful views and close to restaurants, a grocery store and a mountain coaster. This condo is beautifully decorated with king bed in the master with the a stone shower and queen bed in the second bedroom. It has Wi-Fi and board games for family entertainment. The balcony has two chairs so you can sit and look at the sunrise and sip on your coffee. Would definitely recommend

The host did a wonderful job communicating which made for a seamless check in. The condo is immaculate with all necessary items. It was very nice to have the washer/dryer. The condo also has a beautiful view of the ski slopes.
