The host are always available and fast to respond. What we like about the place is how clean it was. Towels and bedroom sheets are clean with no stains. In the kitchen she has everything you need to cook meals. The place has an awesome views.

Loved our stay on sugar mountain! The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The view is so beautiful and I do hope for more comfortable porch seating when we hopefully come back! Also the pool is quite cold even during the summer months.

Well kept apartment in 1980s vintage mountain top high rise near ski area. The Banner Elk area has mostly healed after last Fall's Hurricane. Host very helpful.

The say was great. The apartment is well maintained, clean and with beautiful views. That there is also a heated pool for the building makes it a really great deal. The owner checked in with us and was really kind. Overall a great experience. The only thing to consider is that there is a shuttle bus that take you to the property, meaning you need to drop of everyone, drive back to the large parking lot, and catch a shuttle- this can be a bit of a hustle for a family, but it worked out ok for us, we just had to be more planned than usual. *there is a small shop and bar in the building in case uou need something urgent which also makes it easier.

Outstanding unit with beautiful interior and stunning views!

Our first time to stay at Sugar mountain, and we loved it! We highly recommend this place! The hosts are amazing! The property is beautiful on the inside and their location has the best Mountain Views! We enjoyed the pool, sauna, weight room and whirlpool! We will be back!

This place is a hidden gem in the smokies. Couldn’t ask for a better view. Check-in process was smooth and easy. Everyone that worked at the resort was super friendly. Property owners were absolutely fantastic to deal with. 10 out of 10.

This was our first time using Vrbo and it was a wonderful experience. The condo exceeded our expectations! Everyone there was very friendly. We explored the area each day and used the pool/hot tub each evening but made a point to be back at the condo to watch the sunset. The view is spectacular! One evening there were storms in the distance, and we had a lightning show. If we choose to go to this area again, we will definitely stay here!

Wonderful Ski Vacation

Very comfortable

Extremely comfortable and relaxing. The area is beautiful. The pool was nice and relaxing. Our teen son enjoyed the gym. A couple of fun spots for kids are the Alpine coaster, park in banner elk that has a little running creek, Blowing Rock (cost efficient, easy, ADA approved), and drive down Blue Ridge Parkway and stop at the pull offs. Puerto Neuvo Restaurant was fabulous & so good. Thank you for hosting your beautiful condo.

Family Mountain Getaway

We loved Denise's place at Sugar Top! Not only is the view breathtaking, but the condo was super clean and comfortable. The trendle bed ended up coming in handy for our 2- year old that hasn't quite transitioned out of a crib, and our daughter loved the top bunk. The indoor pool was also a big hit. The location was perfect, allowing us easy access to both Tweetsie Railroad and the Linville Caverns. We definitely hope to be and to stay again sometime!

Convenient, relaxing getaway

We had a great trip relaxing and skiing Sugar mountain. Owners were very responsive and provided clear instructions. Condo had beautiful views and conveniently located. I would definitely stay here again.
