Crescent Shores 812 feels like home. This condo is set to accommodate a large extended family or 2 small families with a Main and a Mini-Main bedroom - each with a King bed. The other two bedrooms have 2 Queen beds each.

NOTE: On Monday, May 4, the Outdoor pool will be closed for repairs to the pool deck. We anticipate the pool to be closed for two (2) weeks. You may use indoor pool or lazy river.

Enjoy meals in the fully updated kitchen - includes granite counter tops, black appliances, stove/oven, dishwasher and small appliances. The kitchen is fully appointed with glassware, dishware, utensils and cookware. Or cook out using one of the Green Egg cookers at the resort!
The Dining Table seats 6 and the Living Room has a sofa, love seat, chair and additional bench seating.
This sleekly decorated, spacious, luxury condo has all the extras, new flat screen TV's with DVD's, in all bedrooms. Incredible beach views from the 27 foot wide furnished balcony.
Crescent Shores has indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs, kiddie pool, lazy river, fitness center and garage parking. Any and all outdoor pools are open April through September, they are NOT HEATED.

* No Pets. $500 fee if pets or pet remnants are found
* Minimum rental age is 25 years - groups must consists of at least half adults over the age of 25
