Welcome to my clean, stylish house in North Charleston! Drive 10 minutes to Downtown Charleston, and 6 to 8 minutes to popular spots like Park Circle, Holy City Brewery and the North Charleston Coliseum. Enjoy 2 excellent queen beds and a fully stocked kitchen. There is great WiFi and a free washer and dryer. There is a large yard and driveway parking for up to 4 cars. The area is working class, it is not fancy. Please read the neighborhood description below before booking!
House Description:
The 2 bedroom, 1 bath home has 900 square feet and is single-level. There are two small steps outside that you need to climb to enter the home. Each of the bedrooms has a queen size bed with an excellent mattress. The kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of glassware, as well as pots, pans, etc. The bathroom has a shower with excellent water pressure. The living room and dining area are bright and welcoming. The home is professionally cleaned between each guest and we aim to leave it sparkling clean. There is a large yard, and the driveway is 100 feet long and can accommodate up to 4 cars. There is no room for RVs, buses, trailers, etc. There is an interior security system and prior to check-in I give you the code so you can use it if you would like.
Neighborhood Description:
The home is in North Charleston, which is urban, diverse and working class. While the neighborhood is changing, and there are other AirBnBs in the area because it is located close to Downtown Charleston and Park Circle, some of the homes are run down and/or not well kept. It is not a fancy neighborhood, nor is it considered a "good" or "tourist" area. This is why the price is so much lower than what a similar house in a better area would cost. Please do not book my home if you're expecting a high-end area and/or are going to complain about the neighborhood.
Driving, Downtown Charleston is 10 minutes away and attractions like the North Charleston Coliseum, Park Circle and Holy City Brewery are 6 to 8 minutes away. With no beach traffic, Folly Beach is 30 minutes away and Isle of Palms 40 minutes away. The driveway can park up to 4 cars. There is no room for RVs, buses, trailers, etc. Uber and Lyft are very popular throughout the Charleston area.
