Spread over 7000 sqft the home features a modern, open concept design with a fully equipped chef’s kitchen, 9 large bedrooms, 5 lavish bathrooms, a cinema, game room and your own private outdoor paradise. Live the high life just minutes from top golf courses, exclusive shopping, endless dining options and the happening Hard Rock Casino just 15 mins away.

Disclosure: For your safety, we have surveillance cameras in the front and back of the house that will be on during your stay.

We also use noise monitoring devices to measure the decibel level, but these devices do not record any audio.

Note: Due to the operational limitations of external pool heaters, they will not operate when the outside temperature falls below 65 degrees Fahrenheit.

While we strive to replace any furniture with similar items to those shown in the photos, some pieces may differ from what is pictured due to updates or replacements.

Guests have private access to the entire home and outdoor areas, including pool, BBQ Grill, Wi-Fi, limited parking ( 4 cars only), coffee maker, washer, and dryer.

The neighborhood around the home is residential, with mostly single-family homes. There are also a few parks and schools in the area.

General tips

-The property is located in a quiet and peaceful residential neighborhood.
-The home is situated on a cul-de-sac, which provides for a private and serene setting.
-The property features a large pool and lush landscaping, making it an ideal spot for outdoor entertaining.
-The home has an attached in-law suite, which is perfect for multigenerational families or those who need extra space for guests.

Commercial activities and video recording for commercial purposes are strictly prohibited on the premises.

The payment of an additional $500 security deposit will be required prior to your arrival. If the booking is for local residents, there will be an additional deposit required. If you book within 7 days, there will be an additional deposit. The additional deposit is $500 for houses with 5 bedrooms or less and $1000 for houses that have more than 5 bedrooms. Security deposits can`t be paid via Credit card.


2-night bookings require an additional security deposit.

There is a small fee to have the pool heated.
