Host was easy to communicate with, quick response to any questions. We loved the backyard and pool area, spent most our time out there! Plenty of chairs around the pool and barbecue area for all 24 of us.

Taylor is an amazing host and has an amazing property on the water in Fort Lauderdale. Went with 24 friends and had the best time ever. Easily fit everyone and had amazing amenities such as fire pit, pool, hot tub. Very close to all downtown and las olas. Taylor is very easy to communicate with as helped us with the whole process making it as easy and convenient as possible. Can’t thank him enough for accommodating all of my requests. Hope to be back soon!

The house layout and property couldn’t have been better setup for a large family get together. Plenty of large hangout spaces, but also privacy too. Taylor was super responsive and even allowed us a late checkout due to our very late flight- so grateful!

Love this property!

This is the third time we have stayed at this property and everyone absolutely loves it! We host clients for a fishing trip out of Hollywood and this property is perfectly located for our needs. Clean, spacious, beautiful views, everything we need. Taylor is great to deal with and very accommodating. We look forward to coming back next year!

Generally poorly maintained and not clean, which was especially frustrating due to how expensive this was. We stayed for two nights. Sheets were not clean (found crumbs and hair in my bed) and heard same sentiment from others, and you could see stains on several of the white sheets/pillow cases (some were probably old and hopefully washed but there was also one comforter that had red spots on it?). I understand that there could be old stains but it does visually further insinuate that things are not clean.We also encountered dishes that were not properly cleaned, crumbs inside kitchen cabinets, and several bathrooms were missing hand towels. In one bedroom of the third unit, there was visible mold or water damage and part of the ceiling was broken.Additionally, there was sticky residue on my bedside table and on the floor, which further reinforced the cleanliness concerns.I reached out to the owner about the sheets and they were responsive - the building manager, Donna, was helpful in getting us brand new sheets for our second night which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the damage had already been done, and ultimately 4/12 people in our group leave the property to stay at a hotel because they felt uncomfortable with the cleanliness (2 left before the first night and 2 more left for the next night). I do have photos documenting most of these issues, though it doesn't allow uploads directly within the review.

Guests came to my property to have an event from work Without let me know wheb she reserved the property When itold her that we do not allowed to have an event nor party at the property She got really upset and aggressive We are regulated by city and state And must fillow city registration and rules Guests use review system out of anger and as a revenge against us Property was in great condition Guess had no complaints upon checkin Only a day after when she had the event she she complaints about the sheets We gave her new sheets like she requested

Private paradise

Such a beautiful get away! The villa housed our entire group, beautiful views, and in a nice neighborhood near lots of good food and right by the casino! We’ve already talked about renting here again for an annual trip! The host was kind and responded quickly. Super easy check in and check out. Thank you so much for a great place!

Tropical Majestic Paradise

This beautiful property has 3 townhomes with a beautiful shared backyard oasis. It was equipped with everything to help our family have a most enjoyable experience. We will come back again to a most pleasant stay.

Amazing spot

We stayed here for a bachelor party that accommodated 17 of us perfectly. Tons of space, cleans room great pool areas. The host was more then accommodating and was quick to answer if we ever needed anything or had a question. Highly recommend this to any large group that’s wants a comfortable stay.
