Grande maison spacieuse avec style rustique. 3/4 mile de LakePoint Sports Complex

Grande et spacieuse maison de style rustique. Se trouve à 200 pieds de la route pour l'intimité et se trouve sur 1 acre avec une grande cour avant. Il est à seulement 3/4 de mile de LakePoint Sports Complex. Super endroit pour les familles pour visiter et jouer à LakePoint.
Il y a 3 chambres au premier Ă©tage et chacune a sa propre salle de bain complĂšte avec dressing. Il y a aussi un demi-bain au premier Ă©tage. Le deuxiĂšme Ă©tage comprend deux chambres avec placards, un espace de vie et une salle de bain complĂšte.

Le lac Allatoona n'est qu'à quelques kilomÚtres et j'ai énuméré quelques grands parcs à proximité pour la baignade et la randonnée:
Parc d'État de Red Top Mountain; 4 miles de distance
Dallas Landing est un endroit idéal pour aller nager; 11 kilomÚtres
Cauble Park est un autre super endroit avec une plage sur le lac; 13 kilomĂštres
Etowah Indian Mounds, à 4 miles de distance (site archéologique de 54 acres construit et occupé de 1000 à 1550 aprÚs JC)

The home was in good condition. The house is extremely close to LakePoint Sports Complex and offers a comfortable environment for us after a long day of tournaments. Some of the kitchen dishes were not very clean. We washed almost everything before we used it. Additional bath towels and rags would have been helpful, but only a minor inconvenience. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again for future tournaments.

Cool Place Near LakePoint with Lots of Fun Features

Really enjoyed our stay with several families for a volleyball tournament. Fire pit was a hit (especially for the dads). The basement/game area was definitely worth adding! We were missing trash bags and could’ve used some extra towels, but the owners responded quickly and everything else was great. Thank you!

Baseball family weekend

We were in town for a baseball tournament and had 4 families staying in the house! It was the perfect fit for all of us! The boys had a great time in the basement! The host also gave us a later checkout at the last minute due to our games being later in the day! We will definitely stay again if we are back in town for a tournament!

Weekend stay

We were in town for a volleyball tournament. Three families stayed together because this was as reasonable as hotel rooms. This is a great location for tournaments at Lakepoint. The house is in great condition. The host even left some snacks for us! The location is unusual. There is a home in front of it and behind it. This did not cause any concerns but was unexpected when we first arrived. We loved being able to relax as a family after a long day of games rather than being in a hotel room. I would definitely recommend for those participating in sports at Lakepoint.

Great experience!

If you are looking for a spacious house close to LakePoint sports complex, look no further. Perfect for multiple families to share. Would highly encourage adding on the basement. So many activities to keep the kids busy at the house (ping pong, shuffleboard, etc) and so close to the complex. Can’t say enough good things about our experience. 5 stars all the way around!

Family Wedding

We stayed in Emerson for a family wedding. Chris and Angela were great hosts. The home was very clean and we had everything we needed for our stay. I highly recommend this property and look forward to staying here in the future.

Great Location!

This was a perfect location for the Lakepoint Baseball Tournament that we attended. Less than 5 minutes away and had a ton of food options near by.

Perfection

So nice to stay at a property that is exactly what it looks like on the listing. Only 3 minutes to Lakepoint. Extremely clean, more than enough room for multiple families. Comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen and wonderful hosts. Definitely booking again.

Spring break baseball

Our high school baseball team played at Lakepoint PBR. This place is so convenient to get to the games like 4-5 minutes away plus close to restaurants and everything else in that area. The owner was great at communicating with us before and during our stay. You can't go wrong by staying here!

Owners were very responsive to each of our inquiries. Thank you. The house was just as pictured and worked well for our multi-generational family. No amenities were missing. These are not hotel quality beds, but worked just fine for a few nights' stay. We were in town for a family wedding and travelled daily to Cartersville - super easy.

Perfect for Lakepoint events

Rented this house for our baseball tourney at Lakepoint. Had couple families and kids and it was plenty of room to not be crowded but great eating area in kitchen and back deck we could all gather. Can’t beat being less than a mile from the Lakepoint facility. House was immaculate in cleanliness and they provide a lot of extras so you don’t have to bring. I appreciated Angela working with us on check in as well. Hope to be able to rent again if we visit Lakepoint.

Great experience near Lake Point

Perfect location to enjoy Lake Point baseball and Lake Allatoona. We were a group of parents and their baseball kids and the house was perfect. Very clean, great community space and close to everything. Will try to stay again next year!

Awesome weekend at LakePoint

Our baseball team came up for a weekend tournament at LakePoint, this location was perfect for us. The park was just down the road and we all had plenty of space and the boys got the upstairs to themselves. Would highly recommend this location if you are in the Emerson area.

wedding weekend

There is so much room here. We had basically 12 adults. Some of these were adult children but everything is set up for a large group. We used the porches as well- especially the back porch in the morning for coffee and breakfast. There is a nice big table that we were all able to sit around and there were quite a few card games. There is plenty of parking- we had five cars there regularly and at one time had a few more due to visitors.

The property was clean beautiful and spacious

We enjoyed our Thanksgiving at this property. It was more than enough space. Our 10 month old loved the openess of the home . The pictures on the site does not compare to the beauty and peacefulness you get in person. Would definitely recommend!
