Recently renovated rambler in Historic Downtown Acworth is walking distance to the lake and wheelchair and pet friendly.
Home features a stepless entry with plenty of room for your team, wedding party or a family reunion. Features include a fully equipped kitchen and ample seating inside and out. Less than a mile from all the restaurants, shops and parks Acworth has to offer and just 12 minutes to Lakepoint Sports and Terminus Wake Board Park.

Lake Acworth is right by The Acworth Peach! Lake Point sports complex is 10 min away. Downtown Acworth is less than a mile. Acworth City has so much to offer, festivals, fire works, boating, fishing, paddle boarding, kayaking, canoeing, pickle ball, playgrounds, hiking trails, shopping and fine dining. Don’t miss Red Top Brewery or the new 1885 Restaurant featured in Real Housewives of Atl!

Guests will have access to the whole house. Open access to walking trails near and around Lake Acworth, dock, covered gazebo, picnic area and playgrounds all open to the public.

Beautiful five bedroom three bath on a quiet street and a short walk to Lake Acworth. The Acworth Peach is less than 5min to the boat ramp for Lake Allatoona. Kayaks are provided to enjoy a full experience of the lake and all that Acworth has to offer!

Walking distance to Lake Acworth and Downtown Acworth. Uber is available in this area as well.

Enjoy dining, shopping, antiquing and all the activities both Lake Acworth and Lake Allatoona have to offer.

The Acworth Peach was exactly as listed. It was in a fantastic location very clean with a huge fenced in back yard that my dog loved. We all walked to the lake and the park. The host was quick to respond to any questions. It was the perfect place for our mini family weekend reunion with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. We only wished that we could have stayed longer, and next time we will. We will definitely book this house again.

The Acworth Peach house was exactly what we needed for our stay in Acworth, for our family members wedding. The house was in the most perfect location. We could walk to downtown and the lake. We had enough room to stretch out, make rehearsal dinner table decorations, watch football bowl games, and relax. Thank you Acworth Peach for making our stay memorable.

The house was as listed. Plenty room for our family traveling to Acworth for Christmas. Location is great, convenient to downtown Acworth for restaurants and shopping.

Our stay at the Acworth Peach was amazing. Exactly like the photos. The large, backyard space is amazing and comfortable for hanging out. Location was very convenient and close to downtown Acworth.

Cute Ranch House

We all loved everything about this "Peach"! Very clean inside, plenty of towels, the set up is great for the littles! Only thing was the deck as it wasn't cleaned up. Would have been nice to sit out there. Maybe just a power wash but I will be returning to this Georgia Peach many times if available to us. It's sooo close to everything Acworth has to offer!Thank you very much!

Perfect House

Such a lovely stay!

The Acworth Peach is a spacious, clean and well decorated home. It has a great layout for multiple couples or families to share. Everything you could need is here for cooking meals and enjoying time together . The backyard area is private and a great area to spend time in the evenings. Acworth is a fun area with many great Resturaunt’s and boutique shopping. The owner is so incredibly kind. I hope to stay in one of her properties again in the future.
