Great location and plenty of space!

Return visit for us and it was just as good as the first time. Host was super responsive and the house had plenty of space for us.

The lake house was fabulous! Our family loved it. Pool table, poker, games, and fishing in the pond made our trip extra fun. Bonus: the boys caught lots of fish! Brennan was an amazing host and great communicator. We plan on staying again next year!

Great place!

Wonderful house in great neighborhood! Was here for baseball at Lakepoint and it was a quick trip there and back. Plenty of room for the whole family! Great host!

Baseball stay was great!

It had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for all 8 of us to stay. The pond/lake behind the house made for some great memories of who could catch the biggest fish. We truly enjoyed our stay and the owner was very responsive to any questions we had. We were there for a baseball tournament so having a washer and dryer was great for all the laundry we had from showers and uniforms. Would stay again!

Plenty of Room in a Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is in a nice location, on a small neighborhood lake. The bedrooms and bathrooms are roomy and nice. The house could use a little updating/ maintenance. Brennan is an excellent host with super fast communication and was very accommodating. We would definitely stay there again!

Perfect for multiple families and kids

The house provided plenty of space to accommodate two families with kids. It was clean and comfortable. There was plenty of entertainment. The pool table was great and the kids caught and released plenty of bass from the lake. Would definitely stay here again next time we’re in the area.

Great place

The location of this property was perfect for the high school graduation we were attending. Kitchen was well stocked. Bathrooms also are well stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Publix is right down the road for your grocery needs. Great communication with Brennan. Very smooth in and out!

Team house

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Fishing in the lake, the pool table and poker table were the best features that this house offered to teen aged boys. From a parental standpoint I enjoyed the close proximity to Publix which made it easy to stock up on food to feed the gang. Great place for baseball families and team gatherings!

Home Away from Home

Just wanted to say thank you to our Host Brennan for being quick to respond to our last minute rental request. House was as described and perfect location to grocery, restaurants and anything else you may need for your stay. House had everything we needed, very spacious, beds comfy and view was excellent. We had a great time and will definitely stay here again when we come back up next Summer.

Grandson’s graduation

We had a house full but the house was perfect !! Guys enjoyed a little fishing . ( but some branches need to be trimmed). The house was very clean and plenty of space to spread out.

The layout of the home was wonderful as well as the location. The only thing that could improve it is it that it needed maintenance. Some of the paint was chipping on some of the wood on the deck had a lot of rotten spots. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and and the house while we didn’t see him, I was accommodating

Spacious with loads of fun amenities!

Our family stayed here for a wedding in Ackworth. Lots of kids and three couples. We had a great time! The two master beds were super comfortable! The extra touches like steamers to take out clothes wrinkles, hair straighteners, and blow dryers in the bathroom where so nice to have access to! The house has multiple tvs and monitors to connect computers to as well as stocked with an Xbox console and two Apple TV’s as well as nice pool table. It’s was clean, tidy and decorated well. The patio furniture was new and comfortable to sit on. The lake views off the balconies are beautiful! Plus, no bugs! We spent the nights outside on the balconies chatting. The main balcony could use some screen repair and cleaning but it’s wasn’t a problem because even in late May there we no mosquitoes at all! Yay! It was a perfect place for us and our extended family.
