The location was convenient, but we didn't receive check-in info until after the check-in time, which included helpful information on how to locate the apartment. Also, we booked for a family of 6, which the apartment could accommodate with a provided rollout bed, but there was no bedding provided for such bed. Also, there were only 2 towels provided for 6 guests.

The place is conveniently located not too far away from Newark Airport. It's very clean and has everything a person could need for a comfortable stay. I didn't have any issues with the wifi and all of the appliances worked fine.The owner was very quick to respond when I had questions.Free parking is right around the corner, but there's only a few spots available, so I recommend trying for a overnight spot there at 5 pm-6pm since that's when I was able to find one. Other than that, there's a couple of parking garages in the area, but I didn't end up needing them so I'm not sure about the availability or rates.

This was one of the worst stays I’ve experienced. Upon arrival, there was an eviction notice posted on the front door, which was extremely alarming and unprofessional. Inside the apartment, we encountered roaches, which is completely unacceptable.The bed sheets were visibly dirty and did not appear to have been cleaned between guests. There was also a heavy accumulation of dust throughout the apartment, making it clear that proper cleaning and maintenance are not being done.Overall, this property was not clean, not well-maintained, and did not meet basic standards of comfort or safety. I would not recommend staying here.
