This cute and cozy abode awaits you and your family for your next Seabrook Island Vacation. Leave the hustle and bustle of the city behind and enjoy the laid-back feeling of secluded island life on this great barrier island while still being close enough to explore Charleston and the surrounding areas. After a long day of exploring, cook a meal in the fully-equipped modern kitchen and then head out to the private patio to enjoy the island breeze. After dinner, curl up on the sofa and relax watching a movie before heading off to sleep in the welcoming king-size bed.

What's nearby:
Located right near the main gate, you'll have easy access to get on and off the island. Attractions nearby include the equestrian center for horseback riding adventures, Bohicket Marina & Market, just a mile away, and the surf and sand at Kiawah Beachwalker Park, just four miles from your front door.

Super easy process didn’t know what to expect it was my first time booking a rental at seabrook. The place was very clean and had a great feeling to it!!! I would definitely stay there again.

Loved this charming place!

This has been one of the best vacation rentals for my family! We loved this cute place and the bonus room for our son was perfect. Great decor, super clean, comfy beds and spacious layout. We only wished it had more natural light. Overall, we highly recommend for your next stay on Seabrook Island!

The condo was just right for a couple. There were a couple of calls from Vacasa to assure everything was right. Extremely quiet neighborhood.

This rental was perfect for our purposes. So much nicer than staying in a hotel. My only complaint is the wait often times at security gate to get in. Definitely would stay again or recommend it to a friend. Thank you!

Perfect!

Beautiful home with everything we could have wanted. Clean. Nice neighborhood. Perhaps a little out of the way to the main touristy venues, but we didn't mind the drive as I didn't want to stay in the city. We stayed a week and a half and loved every minute.

Just what I needed

It had been some time since I traveled and was looking for another spot to "work from home" and found the ideal location. Situation just past the entrance provided convenient access for my several trips around the island and smooth rides into Charleston. Appreciated the long and wide beaches with dolphins viewed feet from the inlet.

Relaxing in Paradise

Lovely residence. Just as pictured. Comfortable bed.. Nice area. Close to Lake House Pool. Does not have a Keurig as stated. No TV in bedroom as shown. No instructions for TV. All and all a wonderful place. Would stay there again!!

Condo was extremely clean, and updated. Most of the furniture looked pretty new. Nicely decorated and a neat floorplan. They left a neat carry bag with a corkscrew as a gift. Only issue we had was the distance from the pools and beach. Took about 10 minutes to drive to the beach. Great place if you want peace and quiet. If you are looking for things to do, not your place.

Cute. Clean. Cozy.

The unit is cute and clean but there’s a musty/stale smell in the office space where the Murphy bed is. The unit is nicely decorated - beach themed. Comfy bed. Uncomfortable couch. The unit has had some use. Read the reviews ahead of time and have a hard time giving this 5 stars. Seabrook Island is owners and members only so to use the pool must pay extra for access cards. The area is quiet and lovely.m but if you plan to visit Charleston be prepared to drive about 40-45 minutes each way.

Works for family of 4

Cute condo very close to front gate. The second room is a sunroom with a desk foldout - probably not great for a 2nd couple but fine for kids. Unfortunately I had to deal with an enormous amount of cat hair as the cleaning was not great. It was all over the floors and on the shelves in the closet. I was glad to have brought slippers to wear although they took a lot of cleaning since I didnt have a lint brush. No TV in Master (or 2nd). Shower had plenty of pressure. 2 sink bathroom. I didnt really use the kitchen.

Property Management Lacking in Communication

The condo was clean and neat with a nice view of the tennis courts. The condo had all the amenities listed other than garbage bags in kitchen garbage, dishwasher detergent or laundry detergent (all things listed as being available). Good thing I came prepared! The condo is a decent drive to the beach, but a bit of a walk/run. The communication with the property management was less than desirable - the password for the wifi was wrong in both the check-in information and Vacasa app. When I called to remedy the situation, I was put on hold as the 18th in line. After driving all day to reach "vacation", the last thing I wanted to do was wait on the phone for 18 other people's problems to be solved. Fortunately, with a little guesswork I figured out the password. On my second day there, I spent the day out, as one does when at the beach, and when I returned I found that someone had been in the apartment. Granted, they had come to prepare the patio furniture for the hurricane, but a phone call or text alerting me that someone would be present would have been much appreciated. Had I been at the condo when they arrived, I would have been significantly more disturbed that there had not been prior contact. Then, in order to prepare for an early departure due to the Hurricane evacuation I attempted to go to bed earlier than usual (9 pm) and found at 11 pm - midnight that the upstairs neighbor had decided to wear high heels, do a jig and re-arrange furniture - at least that it what it sounded like. So, despite my attempts to sleep, I left to drive home. And, lo and behold when I went to leave the apartment, someone had delivered a new oven/stove to the patio. Now who delivers appliances between 9 pm and midnight on a Sunday of a holiday weekend?! Once again - a little prior notice that someone would be prowling around the patio/condo would have been much appreciated. So in the end, the condo is nice enough, but the property management could put forth some significant effort in contact. In this day of technology with apps, texts, emails, phones, it seems that a short message alerting occupants of a visit/maintenance issue/etc. isn't too much to ask.
