Profitez de vous asseoir dehors et de profiter de la vue sur le magnifique centre de tennis et le court # 1! Cette unité d'extrémité calme a beaucoup d'espace extérieur et d'espaces verts. La piscine de la villa est privée et uniquement accessible à vous et aux autres propriétaires. Les pistes cyclables sont juste devant votre porte ... profitez d'un court trajet en vélo jusqu'à la marina de Bohicket, le centre commercial Freshfields, le centre équestre et Lake House. What a beautifully decorated place to stay with access to stunning views on Seabrook Island. Walk a few feet to the pool. Just perfect. I will definitely be back to stay again.

Beautiful area and wonderful place to ride bikes. However, seabrook island is very exclusive and we were under the impression we’d be able to do a bit more without the club passes. The description of the property implied tennis and bike riding yo restaurants, but without the club pass, you are not allowed to eat at the restaurants inside the area, nor use the courts, pools (except one for the apartment complex), or many other amenities. Also, when I reached out to the property manager, I was disappointed to find her very uncommunicative. I almost felt like I was bothering her to ask base questions in preparation for our stay. Post stay, I had to message multiple times to get a response when trying to communicate something.

Great quick getaway

Seabrook Island is one of my favorite places. The condo was close to the Seabrook Club, it was clean, well stocked, and had a great balcony and screened-in porch. Highly recommend!

The place was super cute. I loved the eclectic decor. And although I didn't cook anything during this trip, I appreciate that there were plenty of utensils available. If I were to come back, I would definitely stay there again.

Great place for the price!

The place was clean, very cute, and steps away from the pool, which we had to ourselves most of the time. The owner was helpful in getting a pass for my sister, who lives nearby, so she could join us for dinner. And the price was very reasonable. Lawn crew and maintenance folk get started pretty early in the morning, but we're early risers, so it wasn't a problem for us.

Host was great. And first impressions were positive But as soon as I walked in I noticed the smell of cats. I started looking around more closely and There's cat hair on all the furniture including the head board of the bed and the floors. The first evening I wore socks and when I took them off to take a shower they were coated in cat hair. I noticed It smelled like cat pee in the kitchen when I accessed the cabinet to retrieve a frying pan In summary Location and host were excellent however I will not be staying there again due to lack of cleanliness.

Dwayne, Thank you for staying. I wish you would have contacted me immediately regarding this concern. We have never allowed cats in the unit. I would have sent housekeeping over immediately and I would have also come by to access. We do allow small dogs but have not had dogs in the unit recently and charge an extra fee to insure the unit is cleaned properly. Again, I wish you would have informed me as I need to know these things to maintain my 5 star reviews. Thank you, Constance

Fun low country getaway

Property was very clean. Checkin was easy. Property owner was very responsive. Kitchen had everythIng we needed. Only negative was we could hear the couple in the unit above ours walking and snoring at night. This certainly is not something the owner of this property can correct but if you are a light sleeper, you should be aware.

Courtside Villa

Overall it was a wonderful stay. When we arrived, there was an area wide Wi-Fi and tv outage. We had just left our home without power for 5 days and we’re looking forward to tv and internet. Constance was in constant contact with us keeping us updated until it was restored. I couldn’t ask for more from a host. It came back about 24 hours after we arrived. Thank you for everything.
