The Space:

This light-filled, classic beach house steps away from the sand includes bead-board ceilings, pine floors, and quartzite countertops. You’ll sleep carefree on new mattresses, fall out of bed onto the beach, shower outside before lunch on the covered deck, grill dinner in the entertainment area under the house, and watch the sunset over the marsh from the front room. You’re bound to enjoy your stay in this stylish retreat! When mealtime comes, prepare culinary masterpieces in the well-equipped kitchen with upgraded appliances!



During your stay, take advantage of the many outdoor activities offered on the island including fishing, surfing, biking, kayaking, boating, and much more. Sign up at the local rental shops for surfing or paddle boarding lessons. Shopping, restaurants, and bars are located on Center Street (just two and a half miles away). A short drive (just under 13 miles) will take you to downtown Charleston, where you can enjoy shopping, fine dining and local historic tours.

We stayed for almost one month, and it was amazing. Everything we needed was available. It was exactly as advertised. We felt right at home and enjoyed living in such a beautiful place while there. We recommend this rental if you are looking for a home away from home, especially if you plan on an extended stay.

The house accommodated us well. It was clean and comfortable and the location was ideal. However, it lacked some essentials for a beach house. We were coming from a distance, so packing things like beach towels, chairs, umbrellas and coolers was not feasible. These things are usually provided in a beach house. In addition there was no Kleenex, very little toilet paper, one partial roll of paper towel and nothing for wrapping sandwiches( plastic wrap, foil etc.)It was annoying to have to track these things down during our precious few days together. I think Casago needs to step up their game!

Kitchen was well stocked and clean. Location was beautiful. Beds were as advertised. Biggest issue was that none of the showers worked at all and they did nothing to attempt to fix them while we are there. And they offered no compensation for their crappy accommodations and just left us to all use the one bath to clean up as best as we could the whole trip. Poor customer service and they need to do a better job making sure things work in the house.

This property is the perfect beachfront home. Spacious, spotless, each of the three bedrooms have private bathrooms. The beds are comfortable and each bedroom offers the perfect space for privacy if traveling with a group or family. The house is beautifully decorated throughout. We will definitely be returning to this property next year.

The place was clean and beautifully decorated. Being right on the beach was wonderful. We all enjoyed listening to the waves and beautiful views. We wish there had been a little bit more instructions on how things worked. We did have an issue with a ceiling fan but they took care of it quickly. Would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful location right on the beach! We rented a golf cart to get to downtown and loved being in a quiet area. The house was very clean and has a great screened in porch for gathering.

This place was perfect, the beach access great and the view beautiful. Great place to stay right at the ocean! We needed a minor faucet repair and they were attentive and sent someone to fix it right away.
