The Space:

This gorgeous villa is located in the Windswept building, which is one of the most sought after complexes here on Kiawah Island! Take a peek at the beautiful ocean views that can be seen right from the balcony which has a full dining set where meals can be enjoyed. The home has a fully equipped kitchen for easy meal preparation and a washer & dryer for any laundry needs you may have during your stay. Shared tennis courts can be found on-site as well as a playground for the kids!



What's nearby:

Located close to just about everything you may need during your stay, you'll find the beach right nearby as well as golf, tennis and The Sanctuary. Less than a mile away, you'll find a variety of dining options as well as some local attractions such as the Heron Park Nature Center. Kiawah is internationally known for its golfing scene, so if you're an avid golfer, make sure to visit the Oak Point Golf Course (six miles northwest) or the Ocean Course (seven miles east). Beachwalker County Park's public beach is one you must visit and there you can use the on-site amenities, including grills, a seasonal snack bar, umbrellas, and more! It's located three miles west.

I needed an affordable alternative to the Sanctuary, so this was perfect to just have a place to sleep and take a shower. If you stay here, you should like steps because there are about 46 of them to get to the front door! It's dated, but it was just fine.

We were happy with the accommodations. The unit was clean and comfortable. The location was very convenient for us. My only comment would be the mattress on the pull out couch is very uncomfortable. The springs are taking over.

This unit did not live up to the photos in the listing! 1. Pull out sofa bed in terrible shape and needs to be replaced. 2. Sofa cushions completely worn out. 3. Carpet in hallway and bedroom disgusting and needs to be replaced. 4. Towels very thin and worn. 5. Door to the unit in bad condition - at a minimum needs to be stained or painted. 6. Instructions in booklet on the table need to be updated. Modem is in the cabinet in the living room.7. Unit is overall in need of updating.

Place was nice, great tv and internet. Kitchen was fine and made eating at the condo easy and convenient. Sofa was not comfortable, cushions have no support with the bed underneath so we put extra bedroom pillows under the sofa cushions to make it comfortable. All in all, nice place, conveniently located to things on the island and great beach access. Host also provided nice assortment of starter items like, paper towels, detergent, dishwasher pods, dish soap, etc so we didn't have to go up to Harris Teeter and buy a bunch of things.

No mention of 30 steps to our condo. We are 2 74 year old with hip and knee replacements and luggage that weighs 45 pounds each. Shower head was so loose , no water came out until I tightened it with my hand. Waited 36 hours fur that to be fixed. No body wash in the refillable bottle. . After getting body cream sent, we had to wait over 24 hours to be told to go get our own and get a credit. Not great service.

Everything was great!

We love the beaches & bike trails on Kiawah and this property has excellent access to both. The condo had everything we needed and was very clean. We’d definitely stay here again.

Great beach access at Kiawah

Comfy condo at Kiawah literally steps from the beach. Safe and quiet one br condo was spacious and well kept. We've stayed in Kiawah nearly twenty times now, and this simple spot was pleasant, and worth what was a very reasonable price.
