Sip morning coffee from your screened porch while overlooking serene views of Kiawah's subtropical forest in this 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom first floor West Beach villa within walking distance to the Cougar Point Clubhouse, in close proximity to many island amenities, and less than 2 minutes to Kiawah Island’s pristine beaches!

The open living / dining area includes table and seating for 4, with the lovely, screened porch located just off the living space. The living area has a sofa sleeper (recently updated) and television with DVD player- a perfect place to enjoy a movie at the end of your day! The kitchen features granite countertops and offers everything you need to prepare a delicious dinner after a relaxing day on the beach. This villa has a Keurig K-Mini and a regular drip coffee maker.

3536 Seascape comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests in 1 bedroom with a sleeper sofa. As you enter this villa, the master bedroom will be on your right and features a spacious king bed, television, ample closet space and an updated bathroom in the hallway, easily accessible for guests making use of the sleeper sofa.

Seascape Villas are intimate Kiawah condos and beachfront rentals just steps from the Atlantic Ocean and only minutes to the activities of West Beach. West Beach Village is located nearest to Kiawah Island’s main gate and is situated around the Cougar Point Golf Course and Clubhouse. West Beach is Kiawah’s oldest neighborhood with meandering boardwalks, mature maritime forests and a charming, Lowcountry island vibe.

You’re an easy walk to the beach, a bike ride away from Freshfields Village, The Sanctuary Hotel, Night Heron Park and Kiawah Island’s world-class golf courses and tennis, and a short 40-minute drive to historic downtown Charleston.

Pool Access: Please note this property has NO resort pool access.

Beach Access: Access the beach via Boardwalk 7 in under 2 minutes!

4th of July on the Island!

Had the best time for our first visit to Kiawah, beach was a short walk from the condo, water was warm with great waves, the kids had a blast with their boards. Felt safe everywhere we went, beach was clean, rented bikes and took them all over the island. Fireworks were spectacular on the beach! We can’t wait to come back!

Not a bad place, but not great. Chairs were uncomfortable throughout. No wifi in unit which I was not aware of when booking. Close to beach - we had a great week!

The condo was everything we needed and expected for a week of summer getaway. Easy to get to, plenty of areas to walk, and very close to the beach. All of the essentials we would need were there in-house. Only minor item is the sofa could use some updating. Overall it was more than we expected and look forward to returning in the future.

Best Anniversary Trip Ever!!

My husband and I stayed here for our very first wedding anniversary and we cannot say enough wonderful things about it!! The location was perfect - only a minute walk on an adorable path from the beach and the charming village was only 2 miles away! We loved getting to experience Kiawah Island and we look forward to booking this wonderful place again in the future!!!

Property overall was good. I would strongly recommend the kitchen have a few basic essentials like salt and pepper, foil and cooking spray. Every other unit I’ve stayed in before had these on hand but 3536 didn’t.

There was no toilet paper or shampoo in the unit when we arrived. I called the manager and had to leave a voice mail. She returned my call later but I already had to go to the store and buy toilet paper. Also the code for the door lock didn't work when we first arrived and the manager had to unlock it by remote.

Great location but be aware of major deficiency.

Can't say enough about location: it's great, very close to beach, quiet, beautiful. Communication with host professional, not more than needed, just enough. Check in instructions clear, everything worked as expected. Property was reasonably clean, kitchen has enough plates, glasses, utensils. Now the unexpected and unpleasant: the furniture and the mattress. Couch is very old and provided no support when sitting on it. We had to resort to chairs and not use the couch at all. The mattress is whole another story: it was absolutely impossible to sleep on. It really looks like it has been picked up at the curb: it is so badly sagged in the middle so you would end up in the middle of the bed. Hips and backpain were the issue we were dealing every morning.

It was wonderful!!

The Villa that we stayed in was very comfortable. We also enjoyed the easy quick access to the beach. We enjoyed riding our bikes all around the bike trails and on the beach. It was a great time and the most relaxing vacation I've had in a long time! I do suggest you make the guest expectations clearer, though. Are we expected to do our dishes, laundry, strip the sheets off the beds or not, or what? I looked and looked for checkout instructions and it only said leave the key in the lockbox, and be out by 1030, which I did. We left a day early, and after we'd already left, we got an email that said it was a "reminder" that we're supposed to start the laundry in the washer. Didn't know that, but would have done it if I had! I did do my dishes though. Don't get me wrong though, it was an excellent vacation spot! Would definitely come back! All I suggest is clearer guest instructions left in the Villa, and all would be perfect!

Beautiful but lots of Drive Time

We truly enjoyed our stay. The condo was quaint and clean. There were minor paint touch ups throughout the place but it didn't bother us. Paint was chipping slightly on the ceiling. The lock on the front door seemed to not fit properly which left spacing but the door was secure when locked. The TV picture was grainy which I had seen in other reviews but assumed it would have been addressed by our stay. We didn't watch it much but it was annoying when we did have it on. There wasn't a lot of natural sunlight which is fine but that made the place seem dim. Could possibly use different bulbs? The back porch was covered in shade so we didn't utilize it with the temps being between 54-75 degrees (March 11-17). Being close to the water made it even more cool temp wise. We could hear the upstairs residents walking around. Not too big of a bother but this is more of a heads up. The bed and coach were comfy. The condo was stocked with essentials. It was the perfect location to the beach. Just had to walk out the front door, cross the parking lot and the path/boardwalk to the beach was there! The drive into town was about 30 minutes which could be a bit of a nuisance if you wanted to go grab dinner. However the drive into town was beautiful! There were deer throughout the property grounds and they aren't afraid of people. Pam Harrington Exclusives was great to work with and had all the info set up and ready at our fingertips. We had no issues during our stay. Would recommend and will come back. Thanks!

Pure Paradise

I thoroughly enjoyed your villa. Everything was picture perfect. It was apparent that renovations have been made. Everything was pristine from the beautiful bedroom, the nice bathroom, and the livingroom area was very nice as well. It took two minutes to drive to the beach. We even saw our first sunrise on Kiawah Island at 7:05 a.m. To say I was astonished is an understatement. The neighborhood is extremely quiet. There is a shopping center that you must experience on the island.(Fresh fields Farm village) Don''t forget to go to the city market day or night...so many talented artists....We went to Fiery Rons Hometeam BBQ on North Ashley..it was so good we went back the next day....smoked wings with white sauce was awesome. I loved my trip...would return to this villa time and time again.

The Most Beautiful Place!

This villa is the perfect place to stay on Kiawah Island! We have stayed in this villa a few times now and have always had a wonderful stay. Everything about the villa is great, the kitchen has all the tools you need, the furniture is all very comfortable and everything is clean - it makes it easy to have an amazing beach vacation. The location is perfect as it is just steps to the beach which makes it easy to go back and grab lunch or even ice cream from the straw market which is also just a short walk from the villa. In addition to the lovely beaches, Kiawah has so much to offer. There is biking, breathtaking golf courses, shopping and so much more. We were able to golf at Osprey Point during our stay and it is just a gorgeous course! There are lots of amazing restaurants on the island and we had delicious meals everywhere we ate! Kiawah is also not far from Charleston, which has lots to do and see as well! I would highly recommend choosing this villa for your Kiawah getaway and I know we can't wait to stay here again!

Had a great time!

The villa was very nice! Very nicely decorated and clean. My husband and I took our 2 sons for a quick weekend get away and had a great time. Easy access to beach and restaurants. We are planning to visit again soon...hopefully for our anniversary. Highly recommended!

Perfect Vacation Getaway!

This beautiful villa is such a perfect getaway spot. The villa itself is very nice, clean, and cozy. It is located in a quiet area just steps from the beach. The main bed is unbelievably comfortable! The sofa bed (which looked and felt very new) was also surprisingly comfortable with a nice memory foam mattress. This allowed for us all to be so well rested after long days of Kiawah activities. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need if you decide to cook, except for the food of course. But fret not, as Freshfields Village is minutes away. Overall the villa was a perfect home base for our beach vacation. The island of Kiawah itself in incredible. If you have never been, stop what you are doing, call out of work, pack the car, and go. It has something for everyone from the world class golf courses to the wonderful and very spacious beaches to the hiking and biking trails. Definitely take some time to explore the island and drive to the north end for amazing scenery and views. Kiawah, and this villa come highly recommended by me. I've stayed here twice and will certainly be back again.
