Located in charming Maxwell, this delightful home offers 2 cozy bedrooms — one with a queen bed and the other featuring a comfy sofa bed. The bathroom includes a relaxing bathtub, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring, working, or playing. With both heating and air conditioning, you’ll stay comfortable year-round.

Step outside and enjoy your own private oasis! The backyard features a sparkling pool, two double egg swing chairs, an inviting outdoor lounge area, and a cornhole set — ideal for relaxing or having a little fun in the sun.

Guests will have the main house entirely to themselves. Please note that the house and pool cleaner resides in a separate one-bedroom unit located at the back of the property. The two spaces are fully separated by a wall in the living room, ensuring your privacy. The only time you may see them is if you’re in the backyard while they’re entering or leaving their unit through their private entrance.
