We had a great experience at the property. The host responded quickly to our few questions. The unit was clean and well appointed. We had more than enough room and accommodations for our family of 6. The kitchen was clean and well stocked with utensils for our cooking needs. The bathrooms were very nice, especially the master bath with the rain shower. Although we brought our own things for the beach, there was a very nice beach cart, a kayak, and plenty of beach toys for kids. We all loved it! Highly recommended!!

Check in and out was easy. The condo was very clean. The furnishings were beautiful with comfortable beds. There was a lack of communication with property management regarding the pool being closed due to pool deck re-sealing. This was a huge disappointment due to not having access to the pool for a few days of our stay. I would have booked elsewhere if the listing description shared this information in advance.

Thank you for sharing your feedback, Kristine. We’re glad you found the condo clean, comfortable, and beautifully furnished, and that check-in and check-out were easy. We sincerely apologize for the lack of communication regarding the pool closure during your stay. We understand how disappointing this was, especially since access to the pool was an important part of your plans and the closure information was not communicated to you in advance. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and will share your feedback with our team to help improve how we communicate amenity closures and other property-related updates to guests.

Points faibles : Communication
Rooms were clean, comfortable, kitchen well-equipped. Pool area was spotless. Major issue was with TVs: they could not obtain or retain signal for more than a minute, so we had no TV service for our entire 4-night stay, during March Madness to boot! We contacted property manager on arrival and were promised resolution which never occurred over the next 4 days, with continued promises and no action.

Thank you for sharing your feedback, Bob. We’re glad to hear that you found the home clean and comfortable, and that you enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen and pool area. We sincerely apologize that the television service was unavailable throughout your four-night stay. We understand how frustrating it was to spend your stay without reliable TV service, particularly during the NCAA tournament, after contacting our team shortly after arrival. We recognize that our troubleshooting and follow-up did not result in a timely resolution, and we’re sorry for the frustration this caused. We are reviewing what occurred with our local team and service provider to help ensure the televisions and connectivity are properly functioning for future guests. Thank you again for taking the time to share your experience and for highlighting the positive aspects of the property.

Overall, our stay was good, but the property was not as clean or as presentable as it was described in the listing. The shower heads in the front bathroom need to be cleaned, as there was very little water pressure. We also found hair left in the drains, and the shower doors had not been cleaned properly. Some of the dishes were still dirty, appearing to have been hand-washed but not thoroughly cleaned. There were also plastic bowls with a strong food/marinade smell that had transferred to the pans, lids, and other kitchen items. The odor was quite unpleasant and made some of the cookware difficult to use.The bed in the back bedroom also needs attention. The mattress was noticeably sinking, which made it uncomfortable to sleep on, especially for the number of nights we stayed. For eight people staying for a full week, we also felt the amount of paper products provided was inadequate. Only two rolls of paper towels and a limited amount of toilet paper were provided, requiring us to purchase additional supplies. While we did enjoy our stay overall, the cleanliness, condition, and presentation of the property did not meet our expectations based on the listing. A more thorough cleaning, better-maintained furnishings, and adequate supplies would make a significant difference for future guests.

Would definitely recommend

This property was exactly as I had hoped it would be. Plenty big for my family trip, including me and my spouse, our three kids and their grandparents. The home was very lovely, all brand new, and with every amenity you could hope for (except maybe a beach umbrella). It's about a block and a half to a very lovely, expansive beach. You do have to cross a very busy street to get there, but there are LOADS of safe, crosswalk, places to get to the beach. The only thing you really need to bring is your own toiletries! Thank you for a great stay!

Beautiful property, very close to beach

A beautiful property located less than a 5 minute walk to an amazing beach! the place was literally spotless when we arrived. The home is amazing, open and beautifully furnished. The bedrooms are big and each has its own very nice bathroom. The kitchen is open, beautiful and fully stocked. with very nice dishes, pots, pans, etc... There is a new beach caddy with several nice beach chairs and a few items the kids enjoyed at the beach. The beach is a very short walk and beautiful. Clean white sand and a beautiful beach to swim, play and watch amazing sunsets. We love the house and the area. Hope to come back again
