The Space:

Step into beach-chic style at this Madeira Del Mar condo, a light and airy beachside retreat with calming cool tones that flow throughout the open floorplan. Enjoy a spacious private balcony - perfect for basking in the balmy Gulf breezes. Or unwind into vacation mode in the living area and stream a movie on the smart TV.



The fully equipped kitchen features a large island, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. Added perks include both a Keurig and a regular coffee maker. Comfort awaits in two primary suites (one with balcony access) and an additional well-appointed bedroom, each with a smart TV and USB charger. A computer monitor and HDMI hookup are perfect for working remotely.



Madeira Del Mar is a newly built condominium, offering an outdoor swimming pool and the emerald Gulf beachfront, just across the street. The shared pool is heated seasonally during the winter months only.

Beautiful

The place was exactly as pictured. Nice location. Lots of space and the three bathrooms was a great bonus. Check in was easy and everything we needed was close by from supermarket to bar to dining. All in all a great stay.

Would definitely recommend

This property was exactly as I had hoped it would be. Plenty big for my family trip, including me and my spouse, our three kids and their grandparents. The home was very lovely, all brand new, and with every amenity you could hope for (except maybe a beach umbrella). It's about a block and a half to a very lovely, expansive beach. You do have to cross a very busy street to get there, but there are LOADS of safe, crosswalk, places to get to the beach. The only thing you really need to bring is your own toiletries! Thank you for a great stay!

Beautiful property, very close to beach

A beautiful property located less than a 5 minute walk to an amazing beach! the place was literally spotless when we arrived. The home is amazing, open and beautifully furnished. The bedrooms are big and each has its own very nice bathroom. The kitchen is open, beautiful and fully stocked. with very nice dishes, pots, pans, etc... There is a new beach caddy with several nice beach chairs and a few items the kids enjoyed at the beach. The beach is a very short walk and beautiful. Clean white sand and a beautiful beach to swim, play and watch amazing sunsets. We love the house and the area. Hope to come back again

Nice rooms but no response entire time from vacasa regarding no parking as promised, and after registering vehicles the week prior.

Rooms were clean, comfortable, kitchen well-equipped. Pool area was spotless. Major issue was with TVs: they could not obtain or retain signal for more than a minute, so we had no TV service for our entire 4-night stay, during March Madness to boot! We contacted property manager on arrival and were promised resolution which never occurred over the next 4 days,with continued promises and no action.
