Ce magnifique condo est neuf (construit sur mesure en juillet 2013) et prĂȘt Ă  accueillir votre famille ou vos amis lors d'une escapade Ă  la plage. SVP, PAS DE PERSONNES ÂGÉES DE L'ÉCOLE SECONDAIRE PAR DEMANDE DE PROPRIÉTAIRE. Les draps et les serviettes sont fournis.

Le condo a deux chambres avec lits queen, une troisiĂšme chambre avec un lit queen et lits jumeaux et un lit gigogne.

Une cuisine spacieuse, une grande télévision à écran plat et un plan d'étage ouvert vous offrent un endroit idéal pour passer du temps à l'intérieur, et les plages et les restaurants, bars et activités de la promenade OC sont à quelques mÚtres.

We really enjoyed our stay. This rental is in the best location and it’s beautiful on the inside. Everytime we come for a visit we plan to stay here. The owners were great as well.

Great!

Really awesome location, just a short walk to boardwalk/beach and good value compared to other places we had looked at. Our group of 7-8 people had plenty of room. Bed sheets and towels were provided and parking close by for 2 cars. We were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely book again!

Best of the beach!

This first floor unit is very well equipped and the beds are very comfortable! You can’t beat the ocean block location and parking is provided. The owner is very responsive to concerns. If you love being close to the boardwalk and beach, this is a wonderful choice.

Accommodating and Clean!

Natalie was amazing to work with. She was very responsive to messages and made sure we were all set for our small weekend away. She truly wanted us to have the best experience! The location of the house is in a great spot just off the Boardwalk and the area was very safe feeling. Access to house was easy and it was exactly as pictured and clean as could be. We would love to return to this house over and over if we can. 10 out of 5 stars!

Amazing Condo!

This Condo is an amazing place in Ocean City! The photos shown on the internet are exactly as the Condo appears and much more. From the moment we walked through the door, the condo is new, clean and extremely comfortable. The price of the condo is money well spent as we to had all the conveniences of home away from home. Our daughter played in the USSSA World Series Fast Pitch tournament in the area and having our own washer and dryer came in very handy. The condo is merely steps away from the Ocean, Boardwalk and Local establishments but is quiet in the evening hours. Our condo representative, Ann was friendly and helpful in making our condo stay a reality! When we come back to the area we wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. Thanks for a Great Experience while staying in Ocean City.

OC Family Get Away

The property is located as advertised and where we wanted. The off street parking for two cars was tight but was a great convenience and adequate. The cleanliness of the property was less than adequate. Inside window sills, ceiling fans, and molding around floor were covered with dust/dirt. Food crumbs and debris of prior occupants was under the couch cushions. Light bulbs were out in both bathrooms. Mattress pads were missing on two of the four beds. Pillows and throws were stained. Very noisy AC inside the unit. Also, three of the building's AC condensers are mounted to the unit's exterior wall which made one bedroom very noisy and uncomfortable as the condensers cycle on and off. Only a picnic table on the porch that was in need of paint and very uncomfortable to sit at. The closet space would have been adequate but were stuffed with a lot of the owners stuff and only had a couple clothes hangers in each. No blind on the front door to the street so people passing by could look right in and the street lights lite up the entire front inside of the unit. Inadequate number of towel bars in bathrooms. Inadequate lighting in bedrooms. The unit did not meet our expectations for the price charged.

Other than a tight parking, this location was perfect for us and love the cleanliness and this is coming from an OCD person lol

Great location!

This property has a great location! Since all you have to do to get to the beach is a cross a little back ally and you are on the boardwalk, our grandkids were able to go back and forth to the house in their own ( ages 9 & 11). There were a few maintenance issues, which the property manager promptly handled. The layout is great and works well with 6 people, but the place needs a deep cleaning; blinds and window sills were covered in dust. Also the glass entrance door needs a blind for privacy from people passing on the street. The biggest complaints that we had was the noise from the 3 air conditioners that hang right outside one of the bedrooms in the back and the noise from the garbage pick-up truck at 6:25 am. All in all was a great stay and we found the area to be quite safe.

Great Walking Distance to the Beach!

Property is in a great location, and the Property Manager was great at communication. The unit was clean, but could use a deep clean as the oven had burned on food that sets off the smoke alarm as soon as it was turned on, the window sills were dirty and there was baggies and water bottles behind the night stand.

Comfortable condo close to the beach

My family spent a week here and found it to be a great spot. It’s a short stroll to the beach and the boardwalk, with several options for eating around the corner and more within walking and driving distance. We had five adults and a baby who all had a great amount of privacy and together time, and we wouldn’t have been cramped with more people. The kitchen is great as well and really makes it feel like home. My quibbles are that we could hear the kids upstairs as they ran back and forth, and we found the smoke alarms to be too sensitive — they went off one morning with no smoke or heat at all, and the first night when the oven was preheating. Those things wouldn’t keep me from recommending this property in any way, and I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Location

I cannot say enough great things about this property and the owners. We were a bit concerned with it being on the lower end of the boardwalk from stories of that being the “party” section- I am so happy we chose this property- it was perfect, safe and super family oriented. The street had foot traffic but just people walking to the beach and back. The condo was the perfect size. Not once did we feel cramped. The picnic table on the porch extended the living space too. Ashley was attentive to any questions we had. The kitchen was stocked with all the cookware and baking dishes. I would stay here again without a doubt. We had 4 adults and 4 teens.

Fantastic place for any family

The house is great- updated and clean. Close to the boardwalk and beach so super convenient- all communication with property manager was great and easy to reach. We look forward to our next stay here.

Cute condo in a great Ocean City location

This condo is in very good condition in a fantastic location in Ocean City. The condo is on the same block as the boardwalk/beach so no need to cross major roads to get to the beach. The condo is clean, well maintained, laid out well, and has nice amenities like comfortable linens and nice soap and shampoo in the bathrooms. I would definitely recommend.

Perfect!

This property was perfect for our needs! Ideal location next to the beach/ boardwalk and to restaurants. The house itself is exactly as described/ shown with everything you need inside. The picnic table on the deck was a great seating area! Definitely will stay here again!

Looking forward to staying again!

What a great location with access to all amenities. Sitting on the front porch for dinner or relaxing and taking it all in is refreshing. Just a couple minute walk to the boardwalk with great restaurants. The atmosphere in this area was perfect.

Amazing summer memories!!

Beautiful property! loved the accessibility to the water and boardwalk which made beach days very fun and easy. gorgeous kitchen and bedrooms that made family very valuable. i’m very grateful for have been given the opportunity to stay at such a beautiful beach house. only complaint was the noisy neighbors upstairs who’s children ran around a lot :/ nonetheless, this has definitely been my favorite place to stay in ocean city!

Beautiful, comfortable, and convenient!

We really enjoyed staying here. So close to the boardwalk and the action in the southern half of the beach. The home is comfortable and updated with modern apppliances and furnishings. There is a great porch for people watching and an outdoor meal. The parking is on site as well! We would definitely stay again. Thanks for a great trip!

Steps to the gorgeous, pristine Atlantic Ocean of Ocean City, Maryland. Our beach is FREE and does not have seaweed, does not have rocks. Our beach is raked every night at approximately 3am to maintain that "feels like a pillow" feeling.
