Belle nouvelle maison avec vue sur l'océan, à quelques pas de la promenade du 12Úme rue d'OC, avec deux étages privés pour votre groupe Ce condo unique se compose de deux étages reliés (les 2Úme et 3Úme étages de la maison) avec 7 chambres et 4 1/2 salles de bains. Les groupes plus importants peuvent également louer notre condo au premier étage, qui a 3 lits et 2 salles de bains, pour accueillir encore plus de familles et amis! The house was very clean although new shower curtains would be recommended. Our host Matt was excellent. He was very patient with me and answered all my questions. The kitchen was fully stocked.

Location near the boardwalk and beach, is great. Beds were uncomfortable, and the bed clothes are cheap and flimsy. The outside stairs to the second and third floors make loading and unloading miserable. Parking was a block and a half away. Kitchen and common area on third floor are great. Porch on the third floor with view of the boardwalk and the ocean, and the breezes off the ocean, is wonderful. Bedrooms are very small. Spiral staircase inside the unit is miserable.

Incredible house in the middle of it all

This house was a great venue for an unforgettable bachelor/bachelorette weekend! The process was so simple to get in to the property and everything was perfect. Great restaurants and shops right on the boardwalk, you can’t beat the location!Any large parties should absolutely consider this property. We would come back in a heartbeat

Property was perfect for our group of 15 family members. Property was clean and we loved that towels and sheets were included and we didn’t have to rent them separately. Kitchen was fully stocked with supplies for cooking. We would definitely rent from them again.

55th Anniversary Celebration

Great location. The bed speeds were a bit “tired” and some had stains, but were clean. The manager went above and beyond by providing a blow up queen bed and a pack and play.

OCMD over Labor Day Weekend

The property was very nice and met our space needs very well. It's located close to the beach, which is really handy when you have kids like we do. I was surprised by the amount of amenities provided in terms of linens, kitchen wares, and consumables. When we come back to OCMD, we will definitely check if this is available.

Highly Recommend!

Location is absolutely fabulous and size was great for our group! We loved the property and would stay there again in the future. They provided a welcome bag which was very nice and unexpected. Property Manager was very responsive when we left a set of car keys behind, they returned them to us very quickly which we were grateful for. Note that there is an electric stove, not gas as listed. Overall, we really enjoyed this unit.

Great location

We had 18 full size people although the age range was 11-82. The bunk rooms were tight but it was young people 22 and under sleeping in them so they could rough it a few nights. Plus they were all siblings or cousins. The views from both decks were great and we were close enough to run back to the room to go to bathroom or get something.

Beautiful unit in excellent location

This is the second year in a row that we have stayed here. It is so spacious and family friendly! You can’t find a better location. It’s literally steps from the boardwalk and beach. My only caution is that there are a lot of steps.
