Excellent location. Street parking required some work. Great place for a couple with a kid. Good if your an early riser as there is a fair bit of street noise.

Unfortunately our stay was tainted by roadworks right outside the property. The advert omitted this detail (owners were given notice a month prior). There was no air conditioning and having to sleep with the windows open added to the noise disturbance. Needless to say we didn’t sleep much on our first night and had to look for elsewhere for our second night in Halifax. If the roadworks were not out front and it wasn’t humid and hot, the property would be fine for a couple of nights exploring Halifax.

This is a nice 2 bedroom condo that is in the heart of downtown. It is a close walk to the water, restaurants, shops and the public gardens. It was clean but there was food left in the refrigerator, freezer and cupboard. I let the owner know and she apologized that they had missed this. Parking is right next door. It is 25 for the day on the weekends but 40 during the week. The check out instructions were not clear as to where to put the garbage and the keys. I reached out to the owner but did not hear back right away so we found a dumpster and put the keys back where they were left for us when we arrived.

Excellent stay, no storage/closets in the smaller room and the closet in the larger room was full of extra linens/pillows. Place was clean and tidy. Lots of windows/light. Close to amenities. Very walkable to restaurants and waterfront. Nice to have laundry, we ended up needing it. Good communication with host, easy check in/checkout

Well located and maintained apartment. However, one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a host. I had the misfortune of losing my purse in a taxi and couldn’t get it until 48 hours later after involving the police. It contained personal items and also the keys to the apartment. It was almost impossible to reach the host. When I eventually did, asking for a spare key so I could get in the apartment whilst I tried to get my purse and my keys, she informed she was on holiday and that the property manager wasn’t around either.No one plans to lose their purse, it is a very painful but human experience. However all I got was blame and telling me I would have to get a locksmith and pay for it. I spent 228 getting an emergency locksmith and new keys when all that was needed was spare keys and to await the keys from the taxi or just make spare keys in the future if required. There was no communication to see if I’d recovered the keys or my bag. Just a very unhelpful message blaming me for losing 3 keys to the apartment. Ultimately if you want a well kept , modern apartment with a host lacking human sympathy and no out of hours or emergency help( which needs to be available in an apartment like this) then feel free to book this let.I should also mention there is a camera in the apartment. Although presumably facing just the entrance, it is inside and not mentioned in the listing and one cannot tell if it records sounds, which will still be a violation of privacy.

Hi Lois- this review is very uncalled for, you were reaching out on whatsapp phone call which is not common, I did answer and explained three keys were left for you and the realtor office next door who has the spare copy was closed. It is also stated in the guide that missing or lost keys are the responsibility of the guest. It was not my fault your purse went missing and the quickest way for you to gain entry was to have a locksmith rekey the door. We have no affiliation to the cab company who did not return your items in a timely fashion. Yes the camera is listed and it is only facing the main entrance it is not recording guests in the condo. You were very out of line and we would not welcome you again.

Très pratique car plein centre . Silencieux . Très bien pour 2-3 nuits car tout doit rester dans les valises. Parking très proche. Tout fonctionnait parfaitement.

Nice condo unit in a walkable location. Good sunlight, quiet neighbours and well stocked with kitchen/bath stuff. Note the parking garage mentioned is very close by, and the rate is $40 per 24 hours.

My husband and daughter stayed here while she graduated from Dalhousie Law. It was perfectly located; they had no need for a car. They slept well, enjoyed the accomodations, and loved the location.

The apartment is centrally located, making it easy to walk everywhetwe wanted to be. It was very clean and comfortable, and Billee was responsibe to our needs.
