Prepare a trip to remember when you stay at this comfortable villa with vintage character and a summer camp feel. This is perfect for large family gatherings or friends getting together. The oversized living room gives families and groups room to stretch out, connect, and enjoy quality time. There's something to do for everyone whether at home or going to tourist attractions.

Bedrooms:
This property has a total of 7 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. 5 of the rooms have private baths.

This property consists of a main house with 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and the kitchen. There is a separate complex for the remaining 4 bedrooms/units.

Main House features:
* The master bedroom has it's own full bathroom. 1 Queen Bed and also a twin bed.
* The second bedroom has a Queen bed.
* The third bedroom is the bunk room with 3 twin size bunk beds.
* One full bathroom.

The Complex:
Each unit has 1 queen bed and it's own full bathroom.
There are no kitchens or kitchenettes in these units.

For entertainment:
* There is a swimming pool that is not heated, and does not have lights for evening swimming. It is perfectly refreshing during the summer with the morning sun creating just the right amount of warmth.
* Hot tub.
* Pickle Ball (on the tennis court) - or bring your tennis rackets for tennis.
* In the Game Barn is a pool table and ping pong.
( the barn is very rustic, you will want to keep an eye on small children).

There is Internet available.

There are 5 TV's total between the house and the complex.

The property is located on over 13 acres of land in a rural area. Feel free to roam around the property or walk on the main road.

Guests have access to the whole property.

There's a central deck area to hangout outside.

There is a central kitchen in the main house along with a large dining table. The house can host 11 people in total for sleeping arrangements. The 4 individual units (if rented) do not have kitchens.

The pool and hot tub are fenced all the way around.

There is free parking on the premises. There is 1 car port.

There are some stairs to get to both the main house as well as the complex. Anyone who is staying will need to be able to use stairs. If anyone needs as little number of stairs as possible, they should park in the carport (1 car only) and sleep either in the main house or one of the downstairs units in the complex, to help minimize the number of steps they have to climb.

No Pets

The swimming pool is cleaned once a week. There is a pool net available if you need to skim some leaves out during your stay.
