Ce deuxiÚme étage spacieux, calme et lumineux rénové 1 chambre, 1 salle de bain se compose de nouvelles armoires de bain et de cuisine, de nouveaux comptoirs de cuisine en granit, de nouveaux tapis, de nouvelles peintures, de nouvelles baignoires et de carreaux de baignoire, de nouveaux climatiseurs, de nouveaux meubles et bien plus encore ! Ce condo au deuxiÚme étage a de hauts plafonds voûtés et un grand salon / salle à manger qui crée une sensation grande, lumineuse et aérée.

Profitez de votre café du matin sur la magnifique véranda surplombant le canyon tropical composé de palmiers (dont l'un de mon beau-pÚre a planté!) et des fleurs, tout en écoutant les oiseaux chanteurs.

Le Grand Champions primĂ© dispose de 2 piscines, de barbecues au bord de la piscine, de jacuzzis, ainsi que de tennis et de golf adjacents au complexe. À 10 minutes Ă  pied ou Ă  2 minutes en voiture, vous pouvez vous promener sur 3 1/2 miles de plages, nager, faire de la plongĂ©e avec tuba ou visiter des magasins et dĂźner dans de bons restaurants. Les hĂŽtels quatre et cinq Ă©toiles Ă  proximitĂ© proposent Ă©galement la location de bateaux et d'autres services.

Beautiful stay

The condo was spacious and had everything we needed. It has a beautiful garden view from the lanai and the grounds are filled with tropical flowers. We really appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella and coolers. Communication with our host was great and she was super helpful when our plans changed. We had a great stay.

Beautiful Getaway

Rachel's place was a beautiful location for our stay. Short walking distance to many great restaurants and the beach. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everying we needed. I would definitely stay again.

Great stay in Paradise

This is a great place to stay in Maui. 5 min drive away from the hustle and bustle of South Kihei drive, in a nice quiet area in Wailea. Condo is very clean and has everything you need.

Easy living, great location

Property was in a great locale in Wailea, and convenient unit within condo community across from a condo pool. Condo was well stocked and clean, but furnishings were very outdated. Unit needs a facelift. Property manager was easy to communicate with and accommodating.

Frequent visitor to Maui and love staying in this area of Maui. I have stayed at the Grand Champions Wailea before. Appreciated that I was able to get permission to check in early.

Wonderful Place to get away from it all!

What a great place to rest and relax! We had a lovely time at this great property. It was clean and enjoyable for our family of four. We would definitly try and book this one again. It was clean and had all the little extras that make the island fun to explore.

Nice condo in Wailea

We absolutely loved our two week stay. We have stayed in this particular condo complex several times before and love it every time! It's the only place we will stay when visiting Maui. The condo had everything you need to cook a meal, wash and dry clothes, and visit the beach. Rachel was amazing to work with and allowed us an early check-in and later check-out time. We will definitely stay here again.

Had everything we expected and needed for an excellent staycation in Maui.

Condo is an excellent location and well within walking and short driving distance to multiple restaurants, shops, and beautiful beaches. The condo is also in excellent condition with many amenities like beach toys, chairs, full kitchen, laundry, and WiFi that only made our stay better. The owner was very easy to work with and was very helpful throughout our stay. Love this place and definitely look forward to the opportunity to stay here again when we return to Maui.

Great location!

Rachel's condo is a fantastic home base for a fantastic Maui vacation. Highlights include: - having our breakfast out on the very private deck, listening to the birds chirping. - all of the "extras" included, which allowed for fantastic beach outings (cooler, beach chairs, towels, snorkelling gear...) - Within 5-10 minutes of some of the best beaches in Maui (Ulua, Wailea, Makena Landing) - Very quite and nice neighbourhood

Fantastic location, clean, convenient

Great location within walking distance to premier shopping, golf, restaurants, etc. Unit 10b was nice, clean, and conveniently close to parking lot, pool, etc. Only small issue with unit was a “thin” wall (ie could hear neighbors) with adjoining unit, and a shared deck. Overall, a recommended location!

Almost everything you could ask for.

It was a fantastic week-long stay in this Wailea condo. It offers pretty much everything you could need, with a full kitchen, and all the beach equipment you could possibly need. The only small criticism I have, and it’s quite nitpicky, is that all the pillows are very flat and don’t offer any support, so they’re not great for a side sleeper, but otherwise it’s a perfect spot for a relaxing break.

Wonderful accommodation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this apartment. Despite being a family of 4, there was plenty of room and we never felt cramped (with help from the lovely high ceiling). It is well maintained and felt clean and well looked after. On the whole it was well stocked and we had almost everything we needed (except beach towels, there was only 1 for 4 people :) The facilities were great and the kids had a great time in the pools and spas. If we are ever lucky enough to find ourselves back in Maui, I would not hesitate to book with Helene again.

Great Location!! Perf Condo!!

We are so glad we found this super comfy condo!! The Owner was nice enough to let us check-in a bit earlier so we can get ready for a wedding!! We made it to the wedding on time!!! Patio is super relaxing for morning breakfast. Very happy to have chosen Helene and Bruce's condo! God willing we will make it again next year, this time with our kiddos!. Thanks again. :)

Lovely!

Had a great stay here. It was one of many stays for us at the Grand Champions complex which is nicely situated right in Wailea. We enjoyed sitting on the lanai and listening to the nature sounds and being in close proximity to the shops at Wailea and the Wailea Beach Path. The ceilings were high and the condo felt very roomy. Full sized appliances. Beach gear/snorkels/boogie boards provided. My only feedback is to PLEASE get a new mattress. The mattress is horribly unsupportive and you sink right into it but not in a good way. We woke up each morning with a sore back. With a new mattress, this would be the perfect stay.

A pleasant stay

We had a very enjoyable stay in this pleasant condo, close to the "Shops at Wailea". The owner is very friendly and quick to reply and the lanai does indeed face a huge tree full of birds, mostly mynahs. It was quiet during our stay, but potential renters should be aware that this seems to be an originally larger condo, divided by a wall which is not very soundproof and that the lanai is also divided by a transparent partition. If you are not lucky with your neighbour, it could be very noisy. The wifi was extremely slow, so we could not even watch a movie online.

This Grand Champions condo has been in the family for 25 years. Sylvia Sherman, Bruce's mother, relocated back to San Diego to spend time with family. Helene and Bruce then remodeled and began renting the unit. Rachel, Helene and Bruce's daughter and Sylvia's granddaughter, has taken over the handling of reservations as of March 2019. We all love this condo and would like to retain this family legacy on Maui for our children, grandchildren, and others to enjoy.

After Helene and Bruce enjoyed a marvelous vacation in Maui in 1989, Bruce encouraged his parents to travel to this beautiful island. To help the reluctant travelers, he planned the itinerary, down to the best beaches for swimming and snorkeling. At an early morning breakfast, looking out over the calm Pacific waters, his parents decided to move from the 'cold ocean and bitter San Diego winters' to swim and snorkel year round in the 'warm waters of paradise'. That was 25 years ago!
