Grand Champions 1-bedroom on Wailea Blue Course with Private Lanai, Ocean Views!

Welcome to paradise! At a time when there was much uncertainty in the world, we made a big decision to purchase in May 2021, as our lifelong dream is to snowbird in Maui. Until that time comes, we would love to share our home with others.

MAUI IS OPEN AND WELCOMING — and eager for your travel business! Despite some rumors, short-term rentals are still legal, and the island and its people want your patronage to help sustain the economy. Please come!

Located at Grand Champions Villas, this beautiful, well-kept condo, with a front row view of fairway #2 on the famous Wailea Blue golf course, along with a nice view of the ocean from the lanai, makes it the perfect place to enjoy the famous Maui Sunsets while dining on your own private lanai.

Large, one-bedroom unit, 2 full bathrooms with a comfortable sofa bed in living room to accommodate up to 4 guests. Well-stocked kitchen for cooking your favorite meals while away from home. Dining room table seats 6, lanai/patio table for 4. All the comforts needed to make your stay relaxing and stress-free. Air conditioning units in main living area and bedroom. Free wifi, cable, and parking. Washer/Dryer, beach chairs & beach towels are also provided for your enjoyment. 2 outdoor pools/jacuzzis, lounge chairs & BBQs are available for guest use.

Multiple beaches are a close-by drive (3 min) or within walking distance. We love to walk the paved Wailea ocean path that stretches for miles. Great shopping and restaurants are also within walking distance. Kihei is less than a 10 min drive as well, with additional shopping/dining without being in the center of the noise.

We love the quiet Wailea area and the beautiful surroundings that make Grand Champions the perfect vacation destination. We know you’ll love it too.

Best golf vacation ever

Wife and I played 5 rounds of golf in 7 days. The weather was perfect and the course were in great shape. This location is perfect with lots to do around Wailea. Great condo and location

Perfect Maui

We love the Grand Champions villas. Super location, great amenities, well maintained. This villa features an amazing golf course view with ocean background. Amazing sunsets seen from the lanai. Found everything as described. Met or exceeded our expectations. Would not hesitate to stay there again.

Maui Vacation!

This was our second stay in this unit at Grand Champions! The location is great
 close to everything! The hosts are very accommodating and we felt welcomed!! A few upgrades added were noticed and appreciated. (Coffee maker/ new beach umbrella) And of course the sunsets never dissappoint!! We will hopefully be back!

Wonderful stay! Check in process was smooth and the property was well-managed. The hosts were also very accommodating, letting us check out a few hours later. Beautiful property

Fantastic place in Paradise Maui. Beautiful property close to beaches, walks and shops. We watched extraordinary sunsets from our lanai, listened to birds and completely relaxed at Waleia Beach snorkelling and swimming.

My husband and I had an amazing time staying at this condo. We walked every morning from the condo down to the water to walk the path in front of the resorts and enjoyed watching the turtles. We watched many beautiful sunsets from the lanai and enjoyed spending time at the pool (quiet and relaxing). The location was convenient to great beaches, restaurants and shopping. Jackie was also very helpful w/ check-in, suggestions and recommendations during our stay and was very prompt w/ communication. We bbq’d at the pool and cooked in the kitchen and found it to be well equipped. We hope to stay at this property again. Mahalo!The only suggestion that my husband and I can think of
the AC unit in the bedroom was noisy periodically during the night (when turned off and not in use) it may have had something to do w/ the wind w/ the portion of the unit that is outside, on the exterior of the condo. It would be worth checking into.

Aloha guests! We are Brandon and Jackie, have been married for nearly 30 years. We have 4 children, only one at home now, so we are looking to our next adventure in life after all 4 have left the nest in the next couple of years. We enjoy traveling and have had the opportunity to visit many different places around the world. Maui is one of our favorite spots. Several places in Europe also are high on our list, but Hawaii is a closer destination for us to travel to and never gets old.

We have been visiting Maui for the past 20+ years, with Brandon's parents and siblings. We finally decided to make a purchase and try out a new adventure of being vacation rental owners on Maui. We actually purchased two units (this 1 bedroom, and also a 3 bedroom, with the same ocean/fairway view) so that we can bring all of our kids at once when we vacation here all together. We chose properties at Grand Champions because of the amazing views, amenities, location, upkeep of the complex, and the beautiful surroundings, along with proximity to the beach.

We plan our days around dinner on the lanai at sunset! You won't find a more peaceful and relaxing location. You have access to two beautiful pools, BBQ grills, a short walk to restaurants and shopping. This location has EVERYTHING!
