Great host! The house was spotless and everything was in good condition. The home has lots of space with a very nice backyard. The linens and towels were new and the beds were professionally made with care.

It was a lovely place to stay. There was quite a bid of deferred maintenance about the place that will need to be addressed (outlet covers, hinges, loose bathroom fixtures, deck). The yard was very nice but the deck need some attention. The game room was something that we were looking forward to but the air hocky table was broken and there were no foos balls for the foos ball table.

The rooms were spacious and very clean. The children loved the game room, the basketball court and the big tub in the master bath. Unfortunately the hot tub was not usable on our stay. Regardless, the property was amazing, the kitchen was very useful and the many spaces throughout the house for conversations and play were perfect for our stay

The house is roomy with an open concept that allows for family interactions/entertainment. The beds were comfy and the kitchen is large and inviting to cook. The host was very responsive and helpful through the stay. Lots of open space to unwind and relax. Backyard was large and spacious.

The house was clean and nice. The hot tub was dirty and didn’t work the whole time for our stay. The host messaged us and gave their phone number that they were just a phone call away, however, my husband and myself both called and left messages with no return phone call. Only one shower could be taken at a time as the water pressure is reduce to dips if someone else tries to take a shower in the other bathroom, and when someone is taking a shower in the upstairs bathroom you can hear the pipes knocking in the master bathroom. We’ve rented a lot of houses in this app and this is our first disappointing trip. To spend so much on a house and to be ignored and the house is not all it’s promised is frustrating.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear you found the home clean and nice, though we’re sorry the stay did not fully meet expectations. We’d like to clarify that we remained responsive through the platform messaging system throughout the stay. Regarding the hot tub and plumbing concerns, had we been able to fully troubleshoot these with you during the stay, we would have gladly continued working toward a resolution right away. For future guests’ reassurance, the home and all mentioned items have since been reviewed and confirmed to be in proper working condition.
