Cottage indépendant très privé avec piscine privée chauffée à l'énergie solaire

Ce chalet de 2 chambres entièrement privé a été rénové avec goût, avec un sol de style traditionnel, des plafonds avec poutres apparentes, des fenêtres en bois massif, de beaux plafonds avec poutres apparentes et une cheminée à foyer ouvert. Le souci du détail a assuré que la maison reste lumineuse et aérée malgré sa construction traditionnelle…
Il y a une cuisine spacieuse avec four, plaque de cuisson, lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, micro-ondes et réfrigérateur-congélateur. La fenêtre donne sur le jardin et la piscine. La cuisine mène quelques escaliers dans un joli salon avec beaucoup de fenêtres, cheminée, TV, DVD, CD et sièges confortables.
A l'étage, la maison dispose d'une jolie chambre double avec porte donnant sur l'extérieur, d'une chambre lits jumeaux (qui peut également être convertie en chambre double) et d'une salle de douche de luxe avec douche d'hydromassage. Il y a aussi un très grand palier lumineux avec canapé-lit qui peut être utilisé comme espace de vie supplémentaire ou comme 3ème chambre.
Dehors, il y a plus de 5 hectares de terrain privé comprenant un jardin, une piscine, un coin repas et un boisé bordant un ruisseau.

Wonderful retreat in the mountains of Tuscany

The location is wonderful: quiet, private, surrounded by a lovely garden and surrounded by woods. The house is very well kept and comfortable. Pool is lovely, just as the outdoor dining area. Great place to slow down!

Nice house with large and well kept garden in beautiful and quiet surroundings. The pool was very nice and the caretakers were very helpful with any kind of needs we had. Highly recommendable.

Beautiful relaxing stay

Very secluded villa, beautiful well kept property with lovely hosts, they left a basket of food when they came to clean the pool which was a lovely touch and a homemade pie on arrival. On the day of arrival it was cold and rainy and they had lit the fire for our arrival. Not much opportunity for eating out, every time we walked into the village all the restaurants were closed

Great house in a beautiful peaceful setting

What a beautiful place. The house was great and had everything we needed for a relaxing week. Corfino has several small shops for essentials and is a lovely little village. Easy day trip to Lucca on the train and the San Romano ropes course was great. The swimming pool at the house was beautifully warm and clean. The owners were extremely nice and everything was easy. Highly recommended for those wanting complete peace and quiet! We were a family with 2 kids aged 10 and 12.

Died and gone to heaven

his has to be the most secluded, beautiful, peaceful, enjoyable and relaxing holiday we have ever had, and we have 2 young (8 and 11) children. Finding the villa was an adventure, staying in the villa was a delight, we cannot wait to go back... which we will! I've no doubt for some families this will not be right, but for us, we thought it was heaven. The accommodation was immaculate, and the care shown by our hosts, (whom we actually only saw on arrival and when we left - they stay offsite), was nothing short of amazing. If you're looking for literally perfect, off the beaten track, quiet, restful and peaceful holidays, this is it.... Just don't book it when we want to!!

Stunning Setting

We had a little difficulty locating the property initially, but this was due to our tiredness from travelling rather than a problem with the property directions, which were good. We could hardly believe our eyes when the villa finally came into view - it is beautiful. Photographs do not do it justice. Alessio and Rosalba keep a beautiful property in a stunning secluded location. The villa and pool are immaculate and this is due to Rosalba and Alessio's attention to keeping the property clean. They do this discretely. You would never know they had been, but for the beautiful gifts left behind! We thoroughly enjoyed a really relaxing stay, making use of the pool and the barbeque throughout. We loved the quietness - just the jingling of the goat bells in the distance broke the silence. Fantastic! And Rosalba's tartes are sublime treats. We can thoroughly recommend this villa for a relaxing holiday.

AUSGEZEICHNET

Wir haben hier fast 2 Wochen verbracht (September). Wir haben den Gastgebern geschrieben, wann wir ankommen und wurden pünktlich empfangen. Das Haus ist groß, sehr sauber und es war wirklich alles da vorhanden und es hat uns im Haus nichts gefehlt! Der Pool wurde regelmäßig gereinigt (wir haben davon gar nicht mitbekommen, da es wohl früh morgens passiert). Wir sind mit Hund angereist und der Garten war perfekt dafür! Er ist fast durchgehend eingezäunt. Bis Corfino zu Fuß waren es 20 min - man kann da schön hinwandern. Das Haus ist im Wald gelegen, sodass man tagsüber und nachts nichts hört außer die Tiere. Privatsphäre pur! Für Kaminholz ist ebenfalls gesorgt! Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen! Auch die Abreise ging super problemlos. Die Gastgeber waren einfach so zuvorkommend, nett und einfach nur toll. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!!! Linda, Michael & Cooper

Das Ferienhaus liegt mitten in den Bergen.Das Haus und der Garten sind sehr gepflegt.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Pool ist perfekt. Die Vermieter sehr freundlich und zurückhaltend. Wenn man viele Ausflüge machen möchte muss man mit längeren Fahrzeiten rechnen. Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht wird sich wohlfühlen.

Erholsamer Urlaub

Das Haus liegt etwas abgelegen und war zunächst schwer zu finden. Der Urlaub dort war wunderschön und die Gastgeber sehr nett. Das Dorf mit einem kleinen Laden und Pizzeria und Restaurants ist zu Fuß in etwa 25 Minuten über einen schönen Weg erreichbar. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert, wenn man seine Ruhe haben will!

Dieses Haus ist wirklich super gepflegt. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und kümmern sich um alles! Vielen Dank noch einmal! Das Haus liegt in ziemlicher Höhe in völliger Alleinlage. Man hat Ruhe und es stört einen wirklich niemand. Der Pool ist super und immer schön warm. Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet, so dass man sich richtig wohl fühlen kann. Ein wirklich tolles Haus in toller Lage!

Wunderschöne Villa

Man kann nur sagen, einfach wunderschön. Tolles Ambiente im Inneren und im aussenbereich auch sehr liebevoll gestaltet. Der Pool ist wirklich groß und es hat den Kindern sehr viel spaß gemacht darin zu schwimmen und mit einem Wasserballern zu spielen. Mann ist mit dem Auto in 30 Minuten bei Guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und in 1:30 in Pisa und in 2:30 in Florenz. Sehr viele Wander Möglichkeiten. Liebe Grüße Fam. Kornek

Traumurlaub in einem traumhaften Haus

Wir haben hier genau das gefunden, wonach wir gesucht haben. Ein einsam gelegenes Haus mit Pool in einer wunderschönen Umgebung. Wer sich zu 100% erholen möchte, fernab vom sonstigen Urlaubstrubel, ist hier genau richtig. Die Vermieter sind super nett und haben uns sogar mit Kuchen, frischen Eiern und Salat versorgt. In diesem Haus ist man komplett für sich, nur Wald und Berge drumherum. Die Zufahrt zum Haus ist sehr spannend, lohnt sich jedoch definitiv. Das war mit Abstand unser schönster Urlaub, weil einfach alles stimmte und wir uns zu 100% erholen konnten. Wir werden mit Sicherheit öfter dort unseren Urlaub verbringen. Lieben Dank nochmal an die tollen Vermieter!

Romantic holiday home in the mountains

We had a wonderful stay. Our landlords gave us a very warm welcome - they even baked a cake for us as a welcome present! As our predecessors had already partly mentioned, the house is in reality much more beautiful than on the photos. There are a lot of details that you cannot see on the photos. It is ideal for a family with 2 children or even a couple, as in our case. The pool has a good size of estimated 10 m x 5 m with a depth of 1.40. Every 2 days the owners clean the pool in the early morning around 7:00 am. On Saturday after our arrival, a basket of Italian herbs, tomatoes, eggs, potatoes and flowers was on the terrace table - we were so happy about it! We almost did not have to go shopping. Shopping is possible in the nearby romantic village of Corfino, where there is a small shop. The next bigger supermarket is in Gallicano and can be easily reached by car. We were there at the end of August. During the day it is very warm, but in the evening it cools down a lot, so you should definitely pack a jumper or a cardigan. On our arrival we were a bit late - we had overlooked that you should not drive through the mountains under any circumstances, as it was written in the travel description of the agency. On the outward journey we took a wrong turn in the Apuan Alps, and from then on the GPS guided us criss-cross through the mountains, with some very steep serpentines and through roads that one would rather call hiking trails. You should definitely head for the house via the larger towns. The path that you see on the photos is a private path that you can only reach through an entrance gate. The way to the gate was not so easy to find - we passed it at least 2 times before we found it. We had a very relaxed stay and the owners are really very nice. Thanks for these wonderful holidays!

Sehr schöner Pool-Urlaub

Wir hatten als Familie mit 3 Kindern einen sehr schönen Urlaub, der Pool ist richtig groß und wurde regelmäßig sauber gemacht. Für Ausflüge muss man meist eine etwas längere Fahrt in Kauf nehmen, was uns aber nicht gestört hat, da wir bestes Wetter hatten und uns das Baden im Pool völlig gereicht hat.

Traumhafte Lage in den Apuanischen Alpen

Peaceful setting for a beautiful house

The house has everything you need for a relaxing get away from it all holiday and is even nicer than the photos on the website. Fresh cut flowers, a large custard tart and a bottle of fizz were waiting for us on our arrival together with Rosalba the lovely owner. The house is very well equipped with tea, coffee, sugar, salt, herbs and spices - worth knowing if you are shopping in a hypermarket on the way! Corfino is about 20 mins walk away and there is a bar/cafe there with amazing views over the valley and mountains. We hiked up to Pania di Corfino from Orricchiella National Park which is only around 5 minutes drive away - there's a cafe there too. Fabulous walk and stunning views. In September the weather was chilly in the morning and evening (plenty of wood for the huge fire) but blue skies and warm sunshine during the day. Definitely recommend this beautiful house and surrounding area.

Heerlijk vakantie huis

Fijn huis in de bergen. Schoon en veel ruimte voor de kinderen om te spelen. Ideale plek om tot rust te komen. Ook heel vriendelijke en betrokken eigenaren, toen iemand uit ons gezelschap ziek was brachten ze die persoonlijk naar de dokter. Zeker een plek om naar terug te gaan!

Lee, Kay and Melissa from Ledbury UK. This will be a long review but well worth the read. My family and I have travelled worldwide and always stopped in hotels so this was the first time we had ever rented a house and we were a little nervous and apprehensive as we all hear and see horror stories on the news and via social media about holidays going wrong BUT book with confidence Lorraine was always quick to reply to any and all emails when booking and only a phone call away when we arrived even late on Sunday. Thank you Lorraine. The House 1 hour 30 minutes from Pisa. You gain access to the house via a private half mile long drive way with security Gates half way down. The pictures of the house and grounds do not do it any justice it's better in real life. The house is immaculate, well maintained and very peaceful/quiet the owners are the best we arrived late Sunday evening and had no opportunity to buy any food so they went back home and russelled up some food for us and brought it back with a homemade cake about three days into our holiday they left us a basket full of fresh produce and vegetables and a second home cake for the start of the second week of our holiday. The owner's come to the house every Monday, Wednesday and Friday to clean the pool not that you will ever noticed them there because they come at around 6:30 a.m. they clean the house from top to bottom every Saturday at 2:30 p.m. even kept us supplied with dishwasher tablets and washing detergent for use in washing machine it's the little things that make a holiday special and Mr and Mrs Giorgi are the perfect hosts. Thank you xx
