Une belle grange récemment et très soigneusement restaurée, située au cœur de la région de Garfagnana, dans le nord de la Toscane, à 1 h 15 au nord de Lucques.

Cette villa individuelle avec piscine privée a été rénovée avec amour par le propriétaire en utilisant des matériaux traditionnels et des couleurs toscanes chaudes pour donner une atmosphère rustique, mais très chaleureuse à la propriété.

La «grange» a des plafonds avec poutres apparentes et un sol de style traditionnel partout et est meublée avec un mélange agréable de moderne et antique. Les plafonds sont hauts, donnant une bonne sensation de lumière et d'espace, et les vues de la maison sont magnifiques ......

En plus de la cuisine américaine bien équipée, salle à manger, salon, il y a 4 chambres et 3 salles de bains, dont une avec salle de bains et dont une avec baignoire.
La chambre au rez-de-chaussée et la salle de bains sont accessibles par des portes doubles et sont adaptées aux fauteuils roulants, avec de grandes portes menant à une salle de bains adaptée aux fauteuils roulants. Il n'y a pas d'étapes sur le chemin menant à la piscine ...
Dehors, il y a une pergola couverte, des jardins avec des pommiers et une piscine privée à débordement de 10M x 5M.

C'est un endroit parfait pour se détendre et profiter d'une véritable sensation d'antan, tout en étant confort moderne.

Such a beautiful property in a stunning location. Ilario gave us a warm welcome upon arrival and made sure we had all the information we would need for our stay. We had a super week as a family of 5 adults, enjoying the views whilst having an apperitivo under the veranda or swimming in the fantastic pool. The villa is well equipped and very clean! We really couldn't have asked for more. I would not hesitate to recommend this villa, and hope that we can visit again soon!Thank you Ilario and Marie at Tuscan Retreats.

Wonderful stay

This is a lovely house with beatiful surroundings, the view is spectacular !!! The house is well equipped with all you need in the kitchen and we used the bbq outside serveral times. The pool is also very nice and fresh. We were 2 families, 8 persons and we loved it, Many Thanks to the owner Ilario for your pleasant welcome and for all the fruits and vegetables.

Great place to celebrate anniversary

We decided to celebrate our 50 th wedding anniversary with family and could not have picked a better place. Both young and older enjoyed the pool and local restaurant and shopping were fabulous. The owner was most helpful and friendly. We would return again.

Beautiful location and house, generous people

The villa is in a secluded spot, with great views over a valley. The house was spotless, well-equipped, and very cozy. The owner welcomed us and was very helpful throughout our stay -- without being intrusive. We also appreciated the carefully prepared information about local shops, restaurants, etc. Overall, a great experience.

Fantastic place

We had a fantastic stay in La Vinca for 14 days. We were 2 families med children (age 4, 7, 8 and 11), and we really enjoyed the house and pool. The pool has a deept of 1,40 all over. The friendly owner Ilario welcomed us at the house, when we arrived. And after a few days he came with a basket of fresh vegetables, very nice :-) Right next to this house, the owner has another house, where 2 other families stayed (friends of us).

Absolutely stunning property and views. Spectacular holiday

The owner was very friendly and kind offering us vegetables from his garden. We used herbs from the villa garden for our evening bbq. The surrounding area was beautiful and we were very lucky to have woken up to this beautiful view for a week. The pool was an added bonus In the warm weather. There was so much to do and see including the caves which was absolutely fantastic. Great for adults and kids. The beach at Forte Dei Marmi was lovely and the sea was warm. The market was fab too. The local people were so friendly and happy to see us it was lovely meetingbso many new people. Lorraine was extremely helpful which made the booking run smoothly. I will definitely recommend Lorraine’s services and the villa to my friends

Stunnig views in Garfagnana

Vinca is probably the most beautiful and well appointed vacation property we have rented so far. The pictures on the website dont give any justice to the real beauty of the setting. The house has beautifull and well manicured gardens ,infinity pool and the views are simply spectacular. Swimming with the views of the Garfagnana valley is what enchanted us the most. The property is very clean and well outfitted with everything you might need and exceeds expectations. For anybody that loves cooking, this house comes with a very well equipped kitchen. Spacious house, tastefully decorated, beautiful covered outdoor patio, built-in stone barbeque, beautifull garden, infinity pool, stunning views are among the feautures we liked the most about this house. The property is ideally located in the Gardagnana region for day trips to Lucca by train for example or to the coast line in Massa Marittima. Also well located to shorter visits to local winery, (few km away) castles , and marble quarry (15 km away) which we highly reccomend. Our host, Ilario, is genuinily kind and available for whatever you might need and the best reference for any piece information you might have on the area. The basket of organic vegetables he offered us, freshly picked from his garden was a true deligt. We defenetly reccomend this vacation rental and wish to be able to visit again.

A dream come true!

We were a group of 8 family members and we all amazed with how beautiful & peaceful La Vinca is. We saw the photos online but experiencing it in person was just amazing. The house is beautifully maintained and is equipped with everything you need. The property; surrounding fruit trees, gardens and pool are also well maintained and manicured. It's always been a dream to stay in a Tuscan farm house and be immersed in the beauty of it all, and La Vinca did not disappoint - in fact it exceeded our expectations. It is exactly out of a story book or film. The owner, Ilario, is very friendly and came round on our first day to introduce himself. He came round a few days later to see if everything was still ok but otherwise we had the privacy to enjoy his property without interruption. We have family who live in Lucca who came to visit us for the day during our stay at La Vinca, and they were absolutely amazed with this property. Ilario and his wife have done a stellar job! If you love dogs, there are 2 very friendly dogs that come to visit every evening from one of the surrounding farms. They love playing catch :) Some of our most memorable experiences from our trip to Tuscany were spent drinking our morning coffee on the patio at La Vinca over looking the valley, and enjoying delicious Italian wines and foods in the evening in the same spot. It truly was a dream come true and highly recommend this property. There are also beautiful towns within driving distance; the Saturday market in Barga is a must for fresh local foods. And Castelnuovo is a great little town to explore, eat, drink wine & do a spot of shopping. Tip: make sure to stop at one of the bigger grocery stores on your way to La Vinca to stock up on food, tea, coffee, laundry detergent, wine, prosecco etc. because once you get to La Vinca you won't want to leave! :)

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub in einem tollen Haus mit riesengroßem Grundstück und großartigen Pool. Der Vermieter war super nett, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Alle Kinder und Erwachsenen hatten großen Spaß. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe eingeschränkt, aber wenn man sich einmal orientiert hat, bekommt man alles, was man braucht.

entspannter Familienurlaub

Die letzten Meter der Zufahrt zum Haus sind ein Kies-/Feldweg und dementsprechend sollte man mit normalen (Mittelklasse) Wagen etwas auf seinen Unterbodenschutz achten. Mit unserem VW Tiguan war es kein Problem. Check-in und Check-out war sehr unkompliziert mit Ilario. Das Haus war sauber und uns hat an Ausstattung für Frühstück und Grillabende nix gefehlt. Das Bad im unteren Teil des Hauses ist mehr oder weniger behindertengerecht, jedoch flutet man aufgrund der fehlenden Duschkabine gerne das halbe Zimmer. Wir waren ein wenig am Zweifeln, ob die fehlende Klimaanlage zum Problem wird aber Lorraine & Co hatten Recht. Es kühlt abends bzw. in der Nacht wunderbar ab, man kann herrlich (mit offenem Fenster und ggf. einer der vorhandenen Wolldecken) schlafen. Das ist aber leider auch der Grund warum der Pool trotz durchgängig heißen Wochen nur 22 °C hatte und dementsprechend sehr frisch ist. Eine Abdeckung für die Nacht wäre das Nonplusultra :)

Es ist ein sehr schönes Haus mit Pool und Garten sehr schön angelegt abend beleuchtet. Es liegt auf dem Berg, wer zum Meer möchte muss ca ne stunde Fahrt in kauf nehmen ,wer rund um die Berge wandern möchte ist hier gut aufgehoben.Möglichkeiten zum gut und günstigem Essen gibt zu genüge.

Wunderschönes Haus in einer wundervollen Landschaft

Das mit viel Liebe restaurierte Haus einfach zum Wohlfühlen, samt Garten und Pool einfach nur zum genießen!!! In herrlicher Lage mit Blick auf das Serchio-Tal fühlt man sich in Mitten schönster Natur und ebensolcher Ruhe!!! Und ganz liebe Vermieter, herzlich im Umgang und immer mit vornehmer Zurückhaltung !

Super schönes Anwesen, gepflegter Garten und gut ausgestattetes Haus.

Wir waren mit der gesamten Familie dort. Die Zimmer und das Haus sind liebevoll eingerichtet, die drei Badezimmer sehr sinnvoll und Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Ein Grill im Garten beschert wunderbare Abende. Kleine Bemerkung : Das Haus liegt herrlich im Wald etwas abgeschieden von der kleinen Ortschaft. Die Strecke zum Supermarkt ist schon eine kleine Herausforderung für Magen und Auto (viele enge Kurven im Wald und enge Dörfer). Aber der Ausblick entschädigt für alles. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.
