Grand cottage moderne, lumineux et aéré comprenant une chambre spacieuse et une salle de bains, une cuisine / salle à manger ouverte et un salon en contrebas donnant sur la brousse. Le pont ultra large surplombe le ruisseau Yangubbi (à seulement 10 mètres). Sept minutes pour bourdonner Noosaville, 15 à Hastings Street.
Un kayak pour deux personnes offre une expérience de pagayage sauvage, même jusqu'au lac Cooroibah.
Asseyez-vous autour d'un feu près de votre rivière privée bordée de buissons, accrochez-vous sur le barbecue et écoutez les éclaboussures de mulets, les chœurs d'oiseaux.

Riverside review

Perfect escape from city life, on a peaceful river surrounded by bushland. Amazing bird and wildlife including frogs during the many thunderstorms we experienced.

absolutely beautiful

The cottage was just perfect for a nice long weekend away with my partner. Launching the kayak was easy and it was a lovely paddle along the river. Will be coming back again.

Tranquil

Great place to get away from it all while close to amenities. Lots of extras in pantry which was a bonus. Restful, peaceful and firepit was great. Noosa 15 minutes away for great swimming. Enjoyable stay.

Just Perfect

Beautiful, peaceful, tranquil property – just perfect. The only downside was that it rained a couple of times which didn’t spoil our stay except that it made the water a bit muddy. Carolyn & Geoff were wonderfully kind and considerate hosts. We’ll definitely be back.

Little piece of heaven

My partner and I had a fabulous stay and made good use of the kayaks that were readily available. The main house which is also available for Stayz is close by and it was nice having morning chats with other guests. The fire pit came in very handy as we cooked our dinner there (best chicken roast ever!). We will definitely be staying again.

Perfect, relaxing spot surrounded by nature

Great spot to unwind surrounded by nature. Unfortunately, it rained for us the entire weekend so a solid roof over some of the verandah would of been nice so we could still utilise that area. Would still highly recommend

Beautiful Location

We loved the location of this property, it was quiet and peaceful exactly what we were after. On the downside there is no oven so when planning meals be aware as nearly everything we brought needed an oven. We weren’t very impressed with the cleanliness of this property, but will let the owners know there cleaners aren’t doing a very good job.

Peaceful stay with Lots of kangaroos!

Great location, lots of kangaroos. Right in front of the lake with a bbq, kayak, washing machine etc. The kitchen has pretty much everything you need, bathroom was great, layout overall spacious for two and great communication with guests, overall great little place to have a wonderful, relaxing stay.

Beautiful location on the Noosa River

What an lovely place. 2 nights just wasn't long enough. It was so quiet and we recharged our batteries after a bad few months. The kangaroos came to see us on Saturday which was amazing. We would love to go back one day.

Peaceful bush getaway

We stayed in the cottage for a weekend, it has a beautiful view of the creek and lots of bird life. We even had a kangaroo and joey join us one evening as we sat by the fire which was very special. We took our kayak down the creek which was great for paddling and a fish. The house is comfortable but quiet close to the other residence on the property, which may also be booked out, so something to bear in mind if you are looking for a very private retreat. Other than that we had a relaxing stay and enjoyed our escape from the city.

The guest booking the cottage stayed in the cottage only for a few days of her 6 week booking. For the bulk of the booking the cottage was occupied just by her 19 year old son on his own. Guests in the adjacent house noted that the cottage windows were always fogged up, with water running down the glass. Our cleaners also reported same. The result of lack of ventilation over a period of weeks was a build up of mould. The obvious cause of the problem is leaving the aircon on a very cold setting 24/7. The boy's mother claims he did not use the aircon "because he did not know how". However she was not staying in the cottage. There was no mould when her son checked in and prior guests have not reported any mould. Remediation (professional cleaning of walls, ceiling, curtaind and blinds) has cost us over $2000. This is not a situation that could have arisen due to acceptable use of the cottage..Hence we cannot recommend either the (absent) booker, or the actual guest who stayed.

Bush setting on tree fringed, mysteriously winding river with lots of birds and fish. On 4 acres (shared with separate house on a different patch of river). River on two sides and bush on remaining sides. Unique bush experience in conservation area, yet enjoy buzzy Noosaville 7 minutes away and classy Hastings Street/Noosa main beach in 15 minutes.
