We recently enjoyed a wonderful stay at Clint's Beach cottage for 6 wks with our dog. Communication with our host, Louise, was excellent from the initial booking and throughout our stay. The house was well appointed and spotlessly clean. We loved the close proximity to the long dog off leash beach. We'd happily rebook another holiday here.

Perfect guests who followed all Noosa Short Term Holiday Letting Regulations. Fitted in perfectly to the quiet residential location just a short stroll to kilometres of pet friendly and surfing beaches.

Relaxing stay a short walk from beach

The location of the house is superb - a short walk to beautiful Sunshine Beach, The property is well maintained and equipped, and the kitchen has everything you could wish for to prepare and serve meals. We had a relaxing holidayand look forward to returning soon for another stay.

The pool will be have year round 30 deg. plus heating to compliment the solar system and there will be decking and umbrellas around the pool. New blinds have been installed internally. Cheers, Louise

Clint’s Beach Cottage was an awesome holidayy destination . Beautiful pool in the front yard loads of privacy… Large outdoor entertainment area. Very nice and clean house would recommend this destination for any family to just go and have a wonderful vacation.

Fantastic stay at Sunrise Beach

Loved the stay especially the fact that it is pet friendly. Children had a separate room which was handy. Our little dog had two exit points some free treats. Love the location being near all eating spots but at the same time a quiet and tranquil place.

Home away from Home. Get location close to the beach and gym facilities for daughter and grandson. Only downside construction workers start at 6.30 in Queensland and as construction work is occurring behind the property two mornings were early morning starts!!Our four day stay was very comfortable thank you Louise.

Gem of a place

This house has it all. Spacious, clean, well equipped and perfect for our dog. Photos don’t do the place justice. In a very quiet neighbourhood and a short stroll to the beach. Look forward to staying there again.

The guests invited over a hoard of kids at least 8 reported in the pool; this created a noise complaint. Normal family useage never a problem.

We had a wonderful stay with our fur babies.

Clint’s Beach cottage was absolutely fantastic. Beautiful clean home with all the extra touches. Extremely comfortable beds, pillows and luxurious towels. Our fur babies loved the synthetic turf outside too. Thank you for a lovely stay, we will be sure to be back.

We found this property prefect for our needs. Functional layout suitable for families of any age. Bonus is the lovely outdoor entertaining area, BBQ and pool. Having a patrolled beach and dog beach within walking distance worked really well for us and our little cavoodle.

Great place to stay for our family and dog, for layout and facilities at cottage as well as location

We have loved staying at Clint’s Cottage! The layout of the house has worked really well for us and the pool has been well used as it’s a good size and lovely temperature. The cupboards are well stocked so it’s been easy to self cater too. The location is great, with access to so many great beaches both for the dog and the family, if we want to swim in the surf - all just a short drive away depending on your choice. And great service as always from Louise.

Clint’s Beach House was absolutely perfect for us! Immaculately cleaned, quiet area close to Sunrise Beach. Louise the manager of the property went above and beyond with everything, her care and quick responses and help was just amazing! Very comfortable

A lovely house with excellent amenities and exactly as described online. Louise is easy to deal with and Very thorough. The walk to beach probably a bit far on super hot days with a little old dog, however driving and parking is super easy. The pool is fantastic!

Nice house

Lovely place for a family stay with our pets. Great location. Very quiet street. Clean and tidy. Well stocked kitchen. Good entertainment system. Steep driveway. Able to park boat on nature strip though. Good value.

Plenty of space

There was heaps of entertaining and living area and the kitchen was great. Shame about the steep driveway but it was easy to park by the street. There was plenty of instructions to help us settle into the property. We loved the quiet neighbourhood with a quick drive or brisk walk to the beach. Wonderful stay and we would definitely stay again.

Everything you need and more.

We had such a great experience staying here. The owners of this house have thought of absolutely everything you need for a stay!! So neat and clean, everything was easy to find. They provided clear instructions on how to set up and use the amenities! The beach was only a short walk as advertised. We only wish we had have taken longer leave so we could have stayed longer! We will definitely be returning!!

Relaxing, worry free family getaway.

Louise really has thought of everything to make guests staying at Clint’s Beach Cottage feel welcome. From the well equipped and spacious kitchen to the open dining / living areas, fantastic alfresco dining space and generous bedrooms/bathrooms. Easy to see fur babies are also welcome - we left ours home with Grandma this time but would definitely bring them on our next visit. Only critique would be the water temp of the pool - a little warm for our liking (perhaps the combination of being in full sun / solar heating). Would happily recommend this Stayz property to family and friends.

Relax at Sunrise Beach

The property was very well appointed inside and very functional. The outdoor area and patio was beautiful and looking over a superb garden - so immaculate! The master bed was very comfortable and the LED lights on the bedside tables were the best! Really appreciated having several tissue boxes strategically located around the house. The driveway was indeed very steep which was a bit of a challenge for us when parking. The walk from the property to the dog off leash beach area was really nice and so easy to find - our dog was in his element
