The host was great and the amenities were plentiful. Julie thought of everything. There was a huge snowstorm and she cleared the snow and left us a path to walk in. The place was adorable.

Close to Hamilton College

The rental was as advertised. Small, but everything you could want, quiet, and squeaky clean. As others have noted, owner provided plenty of things to welcome us: bagels, pastries, fruit, cereal, coffee/tea, and fridge was stoked with milk, cheese, yogurt, etc. We were in town for commencement and Hamilton College, and this was super convenient given many trips to and from campus.

Perfect Choice

I was so impressed by the cleanliness and how well outfitted this B&B was. Our host responded quickly to every message and even made special preparations for our late arrival. The only disappointment was that we only stayed one night. The perfect choice with or without a pet.

Clinton Bed & Biscuit

This property was one of the nicest we’ve stayed at. The accommodations were just as described, but the extra touches were unexpected. The fridge was stocked with drinks and goodies and there were numerous breakfast choices. But best of all, it was truly pet friendly for our dog.

Welcoming spot for dogs and their people!

This is a terrific option if you have your dog with you! Lots of little dog friendly touches and a safe, secure, fenced in back yard was much appreciated by all! Our host was lovely and this was great for visiting our student at Hamilton.

Feels like home

Best place to stay visiting Hamilton College! So clean, warm and welcoming! This is our 3rd time here and feels like home. Our daughter is graduating and we will miss staying here as much as we will miss visiting Hamilton! Thank you Julie for your amazing hospitality!!

Fantastic oasis

My little dog and I stayed here recently on a trip to visit family and friends. It was perfect and made the trip so enjoyable. All our needs were anticipated so I felt right at home. Do yourself a favor and stay here when visiting the area. *Extra bonus: dogs aren’t just allowed, they are celebrated!*

Perfect weekend

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We came up from Baltimore to run the Boilermaker and fell in love with Clinton. Our 2 dogs enjoyed the backyard and surrounding areas. Julie went out of her way to make sure we were set with breakfast, snacks and other goodies. She was the hostess with the mostest and we hope to return to Beatty Bed and Biscuit soon.

Home away from home for us and our dogs!

Julie created the most inviting space for us and our dogs. Very clean, cozy and inviting. The fridge and cabinets were stacked with treats for humans and dogs. It was great to not need to worry about going out for breakfast- there is quite an assortment of options available. The fences in yard was perfect. 5 stars and will definitely stay again!

Wonderful place to stay

It was a beautiful little place with plenty of room for our dog to run and a lovely town close by to walk to. We wish we had arranged the trip to have stayed there at least a couple of nights instead of just one. Host was very thoughtful and a delight to meet. We will stay again in the future.

4th of July

WOW....OMG.....What a hidden gem! Wife's family is from the area and always stayed in a hotel to far away. Found this pet...DOG...friendly getaway. The owner Julien was soooo nice and her two Spanish Greyhounds are adorable!! Our JackaPoo just loved them. Did I say its so dog friendly.....pictures, small/large water/food bowls, poopie bags and treats! Short walk to town, VERY cozy bed and the stocked frig was owesom. We can go on & on. Perfect place for my husband and myself to stay for a few days for our daughter's wedding. Place is cozy and lovely! Had everything that we needed PLUS an amazing supply of beverages, breakfast food, snacks and bathroom supplies. Highly recommend this gem!

We built our home and added a mother in-law's suite for my husband's mother to live in. After her passing we rented but when our long term tenant left, decided there was a need for a short term, pet friendly accommodation.

Located on a quiet side street within walking distance of the village and shops & restaurants. Central NYS is a great place for day trips to shop and sightseeing! Clinton is lovely, historic and charming. We welcome you and your pet(s)!
