This fully remodeled house boasts 4 bedrooms with comfortable and roomy sleeping for 8 adults and 5 children under the age of 13 ONLY per South Lake Tahoe Permit Maximum Guest Rules. Responsible non-smoking/non-vaping guests only, this is not a party house. Guests will be asked to vacate if regulations are not followed. Neighborhood quiet hours 9 PM to 7AM. No boat or trailer parking at any time 3 car maximum and no street parking per association rules.
