Charmante maison de ski à proximité du mont. Stations de ski Snow & Stratton W / WiFi

L'aile nord de la maison Putnam est la section principale d'une ferme de deux familles des années 1850 avec une entrée privée.

HIVER dans les montagnes - Laissez vos soucis Ă  la maison et profitez du meilleur de la vie Ă  la campagne.

Les montagnes appellent.
Ski Statton un jour et Mt Snow le lendemain.

La maison Putnam est située à seulement cinq miles de Mount Snow et à dix miles de la zone Stratton Sun-Bowl (via la route Stratton / Arlington).

Excellent accĂšs aux deux montagnes sur des routes bien entretenues.

L'aile nord est un endroit idĂ©al pour se dĂ©tendre et se dĂ©tendre aprĂšs une journĂ©e sur les pistes. Confortable et douillet ..... Une escapade parfaite au cƓur du sud du Vermont.

    Convenient, cozy and perfectly located for skiing

    The house has everything you would need and has a very cozy vibe. The host was very accommodating and check in / out was very easy. Would definitely come back!

    Cute clean place but heat and beds could be better

    very clean and homey - nicely equipped kitchen, friendly property manager. biggest issue is master bedroom is very cold compared to the rest of the space; and the beds are just not comfortable, at all - albeit I am a bed snob.

    Wonderful location for skiing Snow/Stratton.

    Beautifully maintained 1850's farmhouse. The Putman House was perfect for our weekend of skiing. Well equipped kitchen and complete household amenities for travelers. The owners are very friendly and provide lots of helpful information about the area. Great 4-seasons destination. We'll be back.

    Comfortable house with great proximity to two great ski areas!

    My group and I really enjoyed staying at this comfortable house with great proximity to two great ski areas! We booked it primarily to ski at Stratton but it is also very close to Mt Snow. We found the place easily. It was comfortable and warm when we arrived and the owner was very attentive. There is a country store right down the street which had a little bit of everything and a beautiful river right across the street. I would recommend it to others.

    Cozy Mountain Retreat

    We had a great stay at the Putnam House North Wing on our ski weekend. House is located very close to Mount Snow, and was ideal for our small group of four. The kitchen was well equipped and stocked with spices. The bottomless water heater was amazing, everyone enjoyed long hot showers after our day of skiing. Christine was very responsive and easy to deal with. I would come back here.

    Great place and location for skiing!

    This house was definitely a find as it is 10 mn from Stratton mountain and the place itself is quaint, pretty and quite enjoyable! Christine is a great host and took every step to make sure we would be comfortable. Great Vermont home with a big bathroom and a nice kitchen. We really enjoyed our stay there and will certainly come back for more! Great value!

    Cozy and comfortable

    Our family of three enjoyed staying at the Putnam House during Christmas week. The home is cozy and charming and met all our needs. Communication with the home owner was excellent. She also provided a great deal of information about local activities, shopping, etc. We would love to return for another visit.

    Amazing Ski Weekend Getaway

    We had an amazing time staying at this VRBO location for a long ski weekend. The house was super clean and tidy! The owners had a book full of information on the best places to eat and different activities to explore around the area. Rest assured, we will definitely be going back next season :)

    A Beautiful Rustic House with Modern Amenities

    The Putnam House is a great place to stay, and is exactly as advertised. The house clean, spacious, and warm, with a lovely rustic Vermont feel. I'd highly recommend it for a Stratton or Mount Snow ski trip!

    Very cozy and close to Stratton and Mt Snow

    We hit Mt Snow, Stratton and Magic over a long weekend here and had a lot of fun. Capped it all of with a fun horse drawn sleigh ride at nearby Adam's farm on the way out of town. It's a sweet old house with a lot of charm with a nice updated bathroom upstairs. They have a TV with dvd's and cable, WiFi, and Bose speaker to hook up to any device with a aux jack (iPhone.) The kitchen had a ton of handy basics which was helpful. Great place to come home to after a long day of skiing. We'll be back!

    Charming and inviting

    We stayed with another couple while visiting Mount Snow. We received snow one evening, and it was cleaned up immediately, so we were able to make the powder day! Why stay on the mountain? Christine was accommodating, and wonderful, and it was a pleasure to stay at Putnam house. I am sure we will be visiting again.

    Everything was exactly as described

    The house was charming and very clean. It’s not luxurious but as stated charming well maintained. Comes with lots of local tips and info which is helpful. Also a good selection of dvds to compliment the dish network. Comes stocked with things like shampoo, coffee etc. but don’t forget to bring your own sheets.

    Lovely house, convenient to slopes

    We had a lovely stay in the charming Putney House. Everything is very clean and works well. The location is great. The instructions are very clear. There is no Wifi or cellular connection, so be prepared to live "off the grid" -- the digital detox was good for the kids. Terrific stay overall.

    Home away from home

    This is a wonderful and cozy ski house! A short drive from Stratton and Mount snow. The house was very clean, well kept and has a full kitchen. The two bedrooms are great. One room with a queen sized bed. The other room has two twin beds, which are great for kids or extra guests. Parking is a breeze and there is plenty of ice melt on hand. I will be recommending this place to everyone. And I know I will be back next year

    Cozy and ideal location!

    I stayed last weekend at this location with my boyfriend, best friend and her boyfriend. It was an amazing weekend! About 15 minute drive from the house to Stratton mountain and about 5 minutes from some of the downtown bars/ restaurants. Extremely clean and provided many amenities. Definitely would stay here again!

    Family Ski vacation

    My family of four (2 teens / 2 adults) stayed in the Putnam House North Wing and had a wonderful time! We found it to be beautifully decorated, very clean and stocked with just about everything you need. After each full day of skiing it was so nice to return to the Putnam House and relax in a such a warm, cozy, comfortable place. The Putnam House is an easy drive to Mt. Snow, and we would highly recommend this place to anyone!

    Great Ski Weekend

    My family spent the end of school vacation week at the Putnam house. Great location only a few minutes to Mount Snow. We had a total of 5 people (3 kids) and there was plenty of room. All the beds and even the couch were very comfortable. The house had everything you needed. It was a nice touch to have some of the basics provided so you didn't have to bring everything with you. Being away from the mountain cell/internet service was tough but it allowed us to turn off the phones and I-pads and we spent a lot of time playing games at the kitchen table.The winds and cold did not cooperate on one day but the 12" of snow on Sunday made for one of the best ski days I have ever had. I hope to return next season to try out Stratton Mountain.

    Great ski house for family

    We stayed in Putnam North Wing for President's weekend, 2015. Great house - about 10 minutes north of Mount Snow. While it was record-setting cold during our stay, the heat was powerful and we were quite cozy. Lots of extra blankets available for the bedrooms. We had 3 children - 2 in the back bedroom and one on the living room couch. Very comfortable. One of the days was too cold and windy to ski (they closed the lifts)- so we had a great lunch in Wilmington at Maple Leaf Tavern, and played pool and candlestick bowling down in Wilmington. Highly recommended!

    Great Rental

    I stayed here with my son, and had a wonderful experience. This was our second time at the house. It is very cozy and clean, and has everything needed for a ski weekend. It is nicely located for skiing. We skied Stratton last year and Bromley this year. The owners could not be nicer. We will be back again!!

    Return visit as good as the first!

    Went back for a second year in a row, this time to celebrate our anniversary. Excellent accommodations close to events such as fairs, apple festivals, golf and community theater. The rooms were inviting and spacious. As there was a little Fall nip in the air, we were pleased with the toasty warmth awaiting us upon our return from our adventures. Though we ate out, there is a great kitchen and dining area downstairs next to a cozy sitting room with flat screen TV and Bose speakers for an I-pod. Spent some time with the owners as well and they were very friendly and welcoming. Looking forward to a "three-peat" return next fall!

    Beautiful Fall weekend

    Spotless and well appointed home. Very comfortable mattress which was very much appreciated. Enjoyed the ideal Vermont weekend with hiking, picnic, crafts fair, restaurant and relaxing. The star of the show was right outside our front door with the Fall foliage. Especially enjoyed a glass of wine in the crisp Vt night watching the stars. Will recommend to friends.
