Escape to this charming condo in picturesque Telluride. Guests can relax in the comfortable space and take in the beautiful surroundings. Enjoy your time in Telluride at our charming condo.
Your family will be close to everything! Approx. 1 minute walk to the ski lift (lift 7). 5-10 minute walk to Colorado Ave. (Main Street) for restaurants, bars and shopping. 5 minutes to the grocery store or liquor store. Complex is on the river trail, and the Galloping Goose (free town bus). The bus regualarly does a loop around town to the free gondola and all of main street. The unit has a ground floor ski locker. There is a ski rental shop in the condo complex, 1 minute from the door. 8 minutes to the free gondola. 30 seconds to the ticket office.
-The space
This is a great place for super convenient ski-in/ski-out access. Unit has 1 bedroom with queen bed, 1 pullout sofa queen bed in the living room, 1 full bathroom, small sunroom/work space, and a balcony looking directly at the ski runs and lift 7! Includes a ground floor ski locker. There are shared hot tubs, shared laundry access and shared condo BBQ grills.
Unit has a small kitchenette with, a coffee maker and coffee, mini-fridge and freezer, microwave, toaster, plates, cups, bowls, silverware. You will also find an assortment of board games to keep entertained. The TV can sign into streaming services. Fast Wifi.
Check with the ski area for up to date trail condtions and lift operating schedule.

The entire space of 5 B is yours. 1 Large bedroom, spacious living room, 1 bathroom, small sunroom, and balcony with a great view! In total over 600sq/ft.

-There is free parking for 1 car across directly across the street from the condo complex.
-The condo has a drop off area for loading and unloading luggage.
-Unit is on the 3rd floor and does require stairs.
