Le Southern Delight Duplex est situé dans la plantation de Gulf Shores, un établissement familial et calme. Le parcours de golf Robert Trent Jones Kiva Dunes est juste derriÚre ce chalet de plage.

Ce chalet est directement en face d'une belle cour avec 2 piscines extérieures, un gazebo bain à remous, cabane de piscine et une courte promenade à la plage.

Amenez toute la famille! Chaque unité dispose de 3 chambres et 2 salles de bains ainsi que d'un salon spacieux et d'une cuisine entiÚrement meublée avec des appareils électroménagers de grande taille.

Réservez le Whole Cottage! Besoin de plus d'espace pour votre famille élargie - louez les deux cÎtés et disposez de 6 chambres, 4 salles de bains, 2 espaces de vie et 2 cuisines dos à dos avec portes communicantes entre les cuisines et les halls à l'étage. Vue sur la plage et le golfe depuis les ponts sur 2 niveaux et depuis la baie vitrée de la salle à manger. Nouveau mobilier de pont sur le pont inférieur.

Le rez-de-chaussée comprend un salon, une cuisine et une chambre principale en bas avec baignoire et lit king-size.

A l'Ă©tage se trouve une autre chambre principale et salle de bain avec lit queen et 3Ăšme chambre avec lits jumeaux.

The location of this cottage is great, close to the beach and access to multiple pools. The cottage has plenty of room for my family with teenagers. We did not cook so cannot comment on cooking supplies, but kitchen was stocked with basics for quick breakfast and lunch meals. Check in was easy. One thing to mention is that it is very easy to hear the tenants in the adjoining cottage, on our previous stay we had quiet neighbors, this year we did not. Overall, this is a great value for the rental cost.

Cheer Camp Vacay for parents

Needs a deep cleaning

The floors need to be mopped, feet & socks were black after walking around in the house without shoes on. Decorative shower curtain needs washed, mold spots all over it. The inside curtain was fine.

Beach Vacation

We have been coming to the Plantation for over 15 years. We use to get same condo but owner sold it. This is our 2nd time in this cottage and I can’t say enough good about it. Super clean upon our arrival, location is perfect to 2 pools, beach boardwalk and indoor pool. Communication with owner is the best we have had.we had a party of 5, My sister, her son, daughter, a friend and myself. We were very comfortable and had everything we needed. We had a couple of small issues (Refrigerator wasn’t cooling & upstairs toilet didn’t work properly) Peggy sent someone right over to fix problems. Very polite and courageous maintenance man. We will book this cottage from now on as long as Peggy owns it. I would give more stars if I could. Thank you Peggy for sharing your home away from home with us.

Great location for family trip

We had a great beach vacation at this cottage. Plenty of room for our family of 5, with teenagers. Bedrooms and bathrooms had plenty of room. The pools across from the cottage are a great perk! Location to the beach is excellent. Peggy was prompt with all her responses to our questions. I would recommend bringing your own pillows. The storage shed underneath had plenty of beach toys, chairs, floaties, etc. We enjoyed the ice cream and coffee shop at the front entrance of the resort.

Beach Graduation Vacation

We stayed at this property for a graduation trip we booked when my daughter graduated high school. We had a great time. The property was everything we were promised and we loved the location being so close to the beach and other amenities. It was a great way for us to celebrate and make memories with family.

Perfect Location

We had a great stay in the duplex. It fit our group comfortably. The location is absolutely perfect; just a short walk to the beach and right across the street from two of the pools in the complex. The main living area was nicely furnished, and everything in the kitchen functioned well for cooking meals. The air conditioner is super powerful, so we stayed cool even on warm nights. I will echo what another reviewer had mentioned in that the duplex could use a deep cleaning. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

It was a nice stay

We had a good stay at this property. First, communication with the host was outstanding. My questions were answered quickly. All the check-in information was sent in advance of our departure and it was very easy. The house was very comfortable for the family. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms gave us plenty of room. All the appliances worked well. The kitchen had enough pots, pans, utensils, etc for all your cooking needs. Additionally, there is a charcoal BBQ in the back of the unit available for use. There was more than enough linens and towels for our stay. The house has 2 balconies where you can see the ocean. The ocean is very close work from the house. Additionally, with the rental, you had access to pools (Indoor and outdoor), hot tubs, weight rooms, etc in the buildings within the complex. That was a nice perk. Last, the area is secure. You must pass through a security check to enter the premises. Although we did not rent the 2 units in the duplex, I can see where a large family can take advantage of it. Based on my stay, it is something I would consider in the future. I found the listing to be accurate.

Great Stay

We had a wonderful stay at the duplex with our whole family. It was the perfect amount of space and division for the different groups. Everyone was able to do what they wanted, when they wanted to. It was really nice being right beside the pools and hot tub as well. Loved staying and will probably be back!

Great family vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the plantation in house 6A! The house was even larger than it looked it the pictures, and the view of the ocean was amazing! Just a short walk to the beach. And two pools are very close as well. Only a couple of things could have been better...more towels would have been nice, and some things around the house needed maintenance and/or deep cleaning. Also, a new mattress in the downstairs mattress would have improved our sleep. Overall, it's a great place. And with a little maintenance, and new mattress would entice us to return next year!

Great location!

We really enjoyed our stay. There are 2 pools, sand volleyball, and a hot tub across the drive from the duplex. The beach is about a 3 minute walk (depending on what you’re hauling 😉). House was clean, slightly aged, but was budget friendly for us. Maybe bring your own pillows (or extra cases), as they are quite flat and there were no extra pillow cases for the extra pillows. We had 7 adults. One slept on the pullout (it probably wouldn’t be comfortable for 2). It did have a couple inch mattress topper which helped. My sister rented the other side (B), so we were able to open the connecting kitchen doors and have 2 kitchens for the meals we cooked. Side A has the front view of the pools and beach. There were beach chairs and toys. We purchased a couple umbrellas to use (none are provided) but there are also some set up on the beach for rent around $35/day. We had pans needed for cooking as well as a crockpot that was provided. Overall it was a great stay and this place (side A and B) suited our family of 15 well!
