Summary:
Full First Floor Remodel! This is my newest 8 guest IRB property. Having worked hard to perfect guests needs for 3 years I built this property for those that love to be on the water! The Bay side is chill with easy fishing to enjoy long evening in the cool salty air. Lots of private outdoor seating with string lighting. PLUS Kolb park is across the street! PLUS the beach is a 3 minute walk away!

The Space:
I designed the space to be open, fresh, light and beachy! The couch will literally hug you and your entire group of 8 to chill out after your skin is cooled in the sun. The rooms all have black out curtains and super comfortable beds so you can get strong Z's after a long fishing trip. The kitchen is packed with the needs so you can create cuisine and eat at a super large dining all together to discuss the High's and Lows of the day. It's my best remodeled space yet!

The Neighborhood:
This location is perfect! Having moved to IRB I've learned that 16th ave is the best. Pickle ball courts, basketball courts, tennis courts, and a massive playground are across the street. Plus the local library where my daughter loves to go is across the street. Those are added bonuses to the beach being only footsteps away....... It's the best of the best of the best!

Getting Around:
By foot! You can really walk to dinner, shops, the park, the beach everything that IRB is all about is right there for you to enjoy.
