Located just a few steps from the gorgeous white sand beach, with a great selection of restaurants, bars, coffee & ice cream shops, boutiques, playgrounds and parks, all within easy walking distance, this charming seaside cottage has everything you need for a carefree beach getaway. Surprisingly spacious and fully updated with modern amenities, it still retains an authentic "Old Florida" vibe and laid-back charm. No stairs, perfect for multi-generational families & groups. Plus all your beach gear is included!

ABOUT THE HOME:
The layout is perfect for small groups (girls/guys getaways) or multiple couples/families traveling together: Two bedrooms and a bath on one side of the house, another two bedrooms and a bath on the other side, separated by plenty of shared gathering spaces in between. PLUS a separate backyard cabana (bonus space).
• On one side of the house you will find the large master bedroom with King size bed, 40” smart TV and en suite bathroom, as well as a second very large adjoining bedroom with a double-bunk bed (full size bed on the bottom and twin size on top, sleeps up to three).
• The other two bedrooms (both Queen size) and a second full bathroom are located on the opposite side of the house, creating the sense of having two semi-private “suites” under the same roof.
• We provide oversized beach towels, luxury linens, spa-quality shampoo/conditioner/shower gel, high-quality bath towels, hair dryers, and two Pack n Plays.
Between these two separate sleeping quarters are the shared living spaces:
• Main Living Room with 65” smart TV
• Fully-equipped Kitchen: fridge/freezer, range, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, family-size toaster and all the pots, pans and utensils you’ll need for creating memorable meals together. A full-size pantry provides plenty of food and beverage storage.
• Dining Room with a huge table that easily seats 10!
• Large "Gathering Room" (2nd living room/family room that is separate from the main living room). This space offers a comfy seating area with a sofa that converts to a Queen size bed. The other end of this room has a table for playing games, doing puzzles or craft projects on a rainy day, or a dedicated work-from-home space that’s away from the main flow of traffic of the house.
• Laundry room with full size washer/dryer, iron & ironing board.

The separate backyard CABANA offers a quiet space away from the bustle of the main cottage. (Use it as a Home Office, Teen Hang-out, She Shed, Man Cave, or all of the above!) If you've got a big group, you'll appreciate having this separate space to get some work done or give the kids a dedicated play space. *Note it is NOT extra sleeping quarters.

You’ll also have exclusive use of the large (and private) backyard including a patio with dining table, gas BBQ and conversation area with Adirondack chairs & cocktail tables.

Centrally-located and within easy walking distance to everything you need for a relaxing beach vacation. The beach is less than ½ block (1-minute walk) and within just 3 blocks in either direction, you will find:
- A quaint local plaza with an ice cream shop, coffee shop, seafood restaurant, bait shop, yoga and massage studio, nail salon, and barber shop.
- Another small plaza with Grove Surf Cafe (coffee, pastries and light lunch), Pajano’s Pizza & Subs (order your sandwiches for the beach!) and Nekton Surf shop (SUP, kayak & bike rentals, plus great beachwear and gifts)
- Guppy’s and Keegan’s (great seafood restaurants), and TJ’s Italian Restaurant.
- Convenience store with large selection of wine, beer, seltzers, sodas, snacks and grab-n-go foods.
- Indian Rocks Beach Nature Preserve (Scenic park with a boardwalk through a lush mangrove and a fenced dog park)
- Kolb Park (playground, skate park, pickleball & tennis courts)

• We provide all the beach gear you’ll need for a stress-free holiday: Beach chairs and umbrella, Cooler (with wheels, of course!), Float toys, Boogie Boards, and beach towels and even a Wagon for hauling it all in! There are also 2 (two) bicycles (with locks and baskets) for your exclusive use.
• We live by The Golden Rule: “Treat others as you would like to be treated.” The owners live just a few blocks away, so if anything needs attention during your stay or you'd like recommendations on local businesses and services, we're here to help.
• Everything is Super Clean! This cottage is completely renovated and updated. All new flooring and paint, fully updated bathrooms, stainless steel appliances, all new furniture, mattresses, linens, towels...It is also professionally cleaned between each stay, ensuring you’ll arrive find it fresh & sparkling.
• We are pet friendly (certain limitations and breed restrictions apply, maximum of 2 pets).
• Keyless entry – arrive when you like with no worries about picking up or dropping off keys.

You'll have exclusive use of the entire property including private backyard and patio.
