Come enjoy this brand new beautifully decorated cottage within the highly sought-after Cape Arundel Cottage Preserve. Set on 300 stunning acres, with 68 acres of which is the preserve. The community boarders the Eastern Trail, offering miles of scenic paths for hiking, biking and running. Whether you are seeking a peaceful retreat or outdoor adventure, this bright tastefully decorated cottage offers the perfect spot. This inviting cozy cottage offers everything you will need to make beautiful memories for your vacation.

Step inside to find an open concept living room and kitchen designed with comfort in mind. The master bedroom on the first floor features a plush comfortable king size bed and plenty of storage. Upstairs you will find two additional cozy bedrooms - one with a queen bed and the other has two twin beds with all linens included. The bathrooms feature a tub/shower combo on the first floor and the upstairs bathroom has a spacious walk in shower with plenty of space and storage. All linens are included for the beds and bathrooms along with beach towels.

Spend the day enjoying the 2 heated pools or explore the local beaches only 15 minutes away. After a fun day of exploring all Maine has to offer come back to your cottage to enjoy a wonderful meal out on the patio to relax and unwind. The serene patio offers a propane grill, patio table and views of the preserve where you can watch the sunset. Inside enjoy open concept between the living, dining and kitchen areas so you can create wonderful meals in the well equipped kitchen. After dinner enjoy the comfortable living room while playing board games or putting your feet up in front of the fireplace while watching a good movie or show on the large flatscreen TV.

Venture out to nearby Kennebunkport, Kennebunk and Wells for a fantastic restaurants, costal shops, and antique shops. So much to do and explore! Fun day trips await, enjoy Local Lobster boat tours, Wale watches, Old Orchard Beach, York Wild Kingdom and water parks, truly something for everyone.

Contact with the host was consistant and helpful when needed. Check in/Check out was smooth and simple with easy to follow instructions. A nice welcome package was available on the kitchen counter which included starter kitchen supplies. Kitchen was well stocked with a large supply of mugs, glasses and dishes, including some serving pieces. No need to run the dishwasher every night to have clean plates, etc. Plenty of available towels and extra blankets. Washer and dryer are top of the line with included laundry soap and fabric softener. We used the BBQ which was clean and included supplies and information on how to clean. The outdoor table, chairs and umbrella were a welcome respite. The back (and front) views are calm and peaceful. The rear yard is sheltered with a ring of trees and bushes for privacy, woods on the other side. It's a welcoming community as we met some of our immediate neighbors. We stopped in to see the beautiful pool and clubhouse, but our week was so full so we did not stay. Both pools and deck are lovely and well kept. I have stayed in the community before, always satisfied with Cape Arundel Cottage Preserve. We played a round of miniature golf at Raptor Falls which is just a short drive down the road. Lots of fun! I would stay again.

We love Arundel because it is the perfect place to explore Maine. CACP is close to everything local beaches, antiquing, fabulous restaurant's, Dock square and Portland is only 30 mins away. Close to everything but far enough away from all the tourist areas.
