Ideal for families or groups of friends, this beautiful retreat now features a brand-new pool, added in the summer of 2022, offering the perfect spot to unwind after a day at the beach. Inside, recent updates by the owner include fresh new flooring throughout the home, creating a bright and revitalized atmosphere that complements the relaxed beach setting.

With three bedrooms and three bathrooms, Sea Watch comfortably accommodates up to ten guests. The master bedroom features a queen bed, a private en suite bathroom, and access to a secluded balcony through elegant double doors — the ideal place to enjoy a quiet morning coffee or a stunning sunset view. The second bedroom also includes a queen bed with its own en suite bathroom, while the third bedroom is designed with kids in mind, offering two bunk beds perfect for laughter and late-night stories. Each bedroom is equipped with a flat-screen TV for entertainment and relaxation.

The spacious living room invites guests to gather together, featuring another flat-screen TV and a queen sleeper sofa for additional guests. The open-concept layout flows seamlessly into an equipped kitchen, stocked with all the essentials to prepare and enjoy home-cooked meals while staying connected with family and friends. Just across the street, you’ll find the beach — a pristine stretch of sand where you can relax under the sun or watch the kids splash in the waves.

• For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old.
House rules
• State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking.
• Traveler must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation.
• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
• Dogs are welcome, with a $125 non-refundable pet fee+taxes and a limit of 1 dog up to 75 pounds.
• Parties are not allowed.
• Smoking is not allowed.
