Ideal for up to 8 guests, the residence features two elegant master bedrooms, each with a private terrace, a third bedroom with a double bed, and a fourth bedroom with two single beds. With three full bathrooms, including two en-suites, this home ensures privacy and convenience for every guest. Set within one of the finest residential buildings in the area, this Penthouse combines breathtaking sea views with modern comfort. Enjoy the perfect Mediterranean experience with three spacious terraces that capture sunlight throughout the day and offer an incredible panoramic view of both the sea and the city skyline.
Covering a total of 180 mÂČ, the Penthouse has been thoughtfully designed for both relaxation and functionality. The two master bedrooms feature private bathrooms with a bathtub, bidet, and wardrobe space, while the other two bedrooms share a third full bathroom with a shower bathtub. Every room has been tastefully decorated to create a calm and welcoming atmosphere. The living room is bright and inviting, furnished with a comfortable sofa, dining table, TV, and tasteful dĂ©cor. From here, you can step out to the private terrace and enjoy open, uninterrupted sea and city views â the perfect setting for morning coffee or evening relaxation.
The modern kitchen includes all essential appliances and amenities, such as an oven, microwave, coffee maker, and dishwasher. Complete sets of dishes, glasses, and utensils are provided, allowing guests to prepare and enjoy meals with ease and comfort. Guests staying at the Penthouse enjoy access to exclusive building features such as 24-hour security, concierge service, and swimming pools (use permitted with prior notice to the host). The property ensures a private, secure, and peaceful stay within a prestigious residential complex.
Access to the apartment is strictly limited to registered guests only. The use of communal areas in the building is not permitted, except for the swimming pools. Parking access can be arranged prior to arrival upon request. To maintain a quiet and respectful environment, parties and loud noises are not allowed. Quiet hours begin at 22:00. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment; however, cigarette smoking is allowed on the terrace. The use of weed, shisha, or similar substances is forbidden both indoors and outdoors. Pets and unregistered visitors are not permitted. Guests must provide passport details for registration before or during check-in.
A city tax of âŹ6.88 per adult per day must be paid in cash upon arrival. For late check-ins after 21:00, a âŹ50 fee applies. The Penthouse is an exclusive, self-contained property located in one of the cityâs most sought-after beachfront residences, offering a serene atmosphere and premium comfort for a truly memorable stay.
